There is always a learning curve with a new system. We had great instruction how to get started.

We love that it's Cloud Based so we can securely access it anywhere. The customer service and support center are extremely helpful and very quick to return email inquiries.

The entire staff felt the software was very user friendly and fast and gave us easy access to all the information we need to provide the most thorough care to our patients.

The transfer of info from QSI to Idental was awful. There were thousands of $ of balance transfers, and conversion default messages.

I've been a dentist for over 50 years & had no idea how to use the software. The tech support was very patient & guided.

I have a mobile practice which is different that typical office and I am very satisfied with my decision.

We love this software because it does exactly what we were looking for. It's easy to navigate and therefore easy to train our new staff.

The learning curve was very quick and are there to help when needed.

We like that the payments and billing are linked to the procedures.

The pricing is very good but now I see why. Also, the software was very colorful which is always naturally pleasing to the eye.

Excellent customer service. They were the only company who could do a full migration of all clinical notes, x-rays, documents etc.

We consistently had trouble with the xrays bridging. The software is extremely simplistic to a fault.

We were motivated to find a easier  software  system than we had  during this Covid period. We wanted to go paperless.

You can't close out a month or year. We can't create our own discount/adjustment codes.

The support is outstanding. Never had an issue they could not solve and they are constantly making improvements.

The reporting was terrible. My end of day numbers would always be off.

We like emailing and texting from the patient chart.

It is realitive easy to use, set-up and access pt information on the go. I simply love the software.

I have used Easy Dental, Dentrix, ACE, SolutionReach, ZocDoc, etc. iDentalsoft is a combo of all of that and it is one integrated system and is completely cloud-based.

Accessable from any devices ie cell phones, tablets, and laptop or desktop computers. Patient communications of emails and texts are build in with no extra fees.

I have been using software to teach my students in the classroom. It is easy to use and they love it.

Customize all of our needs for a mobile practice. The Demo was fabulous and was very educational.

Make sure the system is secure. For instanc, identalsoft has a great hybrid cloud solution that is super secure, and HIPAA compliant.

I absolutely love how everything is integrated- forget about the old days when you constantly switch in and out of applications.

We were initially attracted to the software because of the pricing.

It has done nothing but cause hassle and not to mention their support system is horrible.

It has been a waste of time for the patients whom we have had cancelled and the doctors time.

For several months before we went live, she worked with her team to customize many features of the software to fit our needs and helped tremendously to train and prepare us for the transition.

This has a fun interface that makes it appealing to click through.

We continue to call on her when we have questions and she is unfailing kind, accessible and a pleasure to speak with. She is a huge asset to Identalsoft.

Data and image migration was done in very short time frame. Migration costs were minimal with excellent accuracy.

Theexcellent  support  we get from Idental soft has made the transition very easy. I am happy when I call and the support team knows me and my staff by name.

I love the ability to see a patient's chart from anywhere. Very easy to use and learn with unlimited technical support.

They really know how to capture the patients attention and assist in retaining that patient in the future. Safe and secure communication.

Once we started the process of ending our contract,  professionalism and customer service was extremely ugly.

The worst is that when you notice the critical mistake and can't even reach anyone to fix it.

We were happy with Solution Reach, however, the management software we were using at the time integrated their own communication software within our current version.

We wished that the system could intergrate more with our EHR software. Otherwise over the years the platform has been awesome.

Some patients complained about multiple contact attempts etc but this was just an error we made as a new user learning to select the proper settings, etc.

I would recommend solution reach to other dental practices. I had a good experience with them.

I would avoid this contract oriented sales company at all cost.

Helps with appointment reminders  AND review management for a reasonable price; customer service is amazing.

Can be difficult to maneuver from time to time due to updates/ modifications made to the programing.

Overall easy to use and maintain communtication through.

Worst customer service I have ever come across in all my years as an office manager.

Then the company automatically shut off the system so no messages were going out according to our settings. They didn't even let the providers know they were doing so.

I love that we have our patient reminders go through this program. I also love being able to send birthday greetings out to our patients.

The communication abilities with patients was great. I loved being able to reach our to patients remotely in the event of inclement weather and cancellation or closures.

Patient communication has never been so effective, smooth, and successful with using this product. Patients response with this software is so much better than other programs we have used in the past.

It's difficult to install and integrate with some practice management softwares. Get reviews from people who use your PMS before jumping on.

In the beginning, Solutionreach seemed great. They promised they would integrate with our PMS, and with the exception of a few stragglers I would find not in the system it seemed to be working.

Worst company I have dealt with since my business openned.

The price and lack of communication when it came to ending the contract it became very difficult.

What I like most about Solution reach is how easy it is to use, and how quickly we are able to text and get ahold of patients.

First and foremost this product is very user friendly.

When this software works, it's great. The issue is that it often doesn't work and it is impossible to get customer service.

It is able to help us send paperwork, text and email patients reminders and key things before their appointments.

We cancelled our contract with ample notice and they refuse to give us a refund on an over charge and refused to accept a written cancellation AND renewed our contract automatically.

Overall our experience is great and they are constantly proving tutorials and there are a lot of videos on YouTube to help guide you through.

The company has been great to work with and we have integrated seamlessly with their software.

Fantastic customer service and once you subscribe to SR lots of great free tools, educ info etc.

Learning curve is a bit steep, though. Also, the support is very poor.

The newsletters were a bit difficult to create and very slow. THe forms and info that patients filled out at check-in has no way of importing into our EHR system- we have to manually input everything.
