The remote login option is great for bad weather days. The technical support services have been wonderful in helping with any questions or problems we have encountered.

The radiographs are terrible and it took the company almost a month to get to that point. If there is something the system cannot do and we ask how can we.

The technical support staff is excellent. They are very reliable, and they promptly return my calls.

It saved us an enormous amount of money by allowing a team member to generate reports that would have otherwise taken them hours and hours of work to have been able to accomplish.

I like how I can create multiple treatment plan options very easily. I also like how easily I can review chart notes for the day very quickly without having to click through multiple screens.

Their software is user friendly and easy to integrate with most third party vendor software programs.

I dread coming to work because I have to use Mogo.

Assurance that our patients privacy is protected and HIPPA policy is protected. Love the text, email confirmation capabilities.

I have used Mogo for over 15 years. The program is very easy to use.

WILL COST YOU SO MUCH MONEY IN LOST TIME. YOUR HEALTH WILL BE AFFECTED BY HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS INCOMPETENCE.

We have been using MOGO for over 10 years. Originally we used the server edition but have switched to the cloud recently and we have been very pleased.

Their software specialists were very eager to improve their product and were very open to suggestions. Changes were made quickly once requested.

Mogo has been reliable in the sense that you know what you're getting and has great customization options.

The training is insufficient for such a non-user-friendly software. I had no formal training with a few other dental software.

Switching to the Mogo Cloud was one of the best decisions I have made for my practice both in terms of cost reduction and reliability.

The program integrates well with my other technologies, digital radiography and 3-D intraoral scanning.

Mogo Azure (Cloud based) is the worst program ever for dentists.

If we have questions it is easy to reach a tech at MOGO and they have always been courteous and helpful.

Their reviews are always good and their costs for software and support are reasonable as well.

The costumer service and technical support is top notch, being able to make custom reports, and I  love the fact the we have an integrated software program for our 4 office locations.

We are very happy with our Mogo program, especially because of their excellent technical support.

Not being very computer savvy and knowing much about how this cloud/back up works we rely on MOGO and a private IT guy a lot to help protect us.

Now my software is running stable and great! my staff is happy, the Doctor is happy, and i am very happy. Thanks again! you guys are the best.

Intuitive and easy to use. It is very easy to exports images from Intraoral camera and xray sensor.

Love the support, clarity, and reliability. We feel Sota backs there product and are always a quick phone call away.

The price for software is low. The imaging quality is pretty good.

I had 3 Claris Intra-oral camera. 2 of which I struggled with.

Somewhat difficult to instal drivers and sometimes I receive from errors when I update Windows.

Blurry image with barrier is place, can be smaller for ease of use, can not see image well when camera becomes foggy or wet.

It looks fancy, very good quality x rays. We got a new x ray system and the people over at Sota are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Rays get deleted by accident due to missing communication. The loading time is also a bit slow as well.

When I was using SOTA sensors and cameras, it was a great software, except it’s lack of true integration into Dentrix. But overall very good software that rivals Dexis and others.

Its good because its user friendly, integrates with our dentrix software and fast. Would recommend to anyone with a dental office.

Camera is easy to install and use and has good image quality. It worked well with our existing software.

Great customer service and ease of use. I like how it can be used on a tablet and Pateints like the high tech look.

I find that the initial investment was well worth it and hope to get many additional years of quality use and function out of this software.

No binocular feature to enhance the image, it cannot be integrated with our current management software.
