The support is always available. Training is easy to schedule. Price is very comfortable. I have and continue to recommend this software . #### Cons We have experienced issues with chart documentation. Sporadically, the chart will not save or charting notes is lost. #### Reasons for switching to Paradigm Clinical Previous Program was not working for the Canadian claim version. Too many complications with reconciling patient claims and payment. Charting not clear and complicated to use. Very Happy to have switched to Paradigm. The new SMS feature looks like it will make some tasks so much easier to do, and I like the fact that it is customizable. Customer support is great! #### Cons I don't like the fact that a clinical note made by mistake could not be deleted. Or I wish there was a way to just prevent two ops from creating or saving an entry in the clinical notes at the same exact time. This happens to us often when both the dr and the assistant are saving notes at the same time, so then there are duplicate entries on the same day for the patient, but the wrong one could not be deleted. I would also like to have the ability to turn off the "post pending entries?" question box that pops up after entering tx plan in odontogram. In our clinic, we prefer to not click YES to that, but sometimes it still happens and it makes more work for us, so it would be great to have that turned off.
