Precise and easy to use!

Very positive experience, especially when it comes to training of a new staff members.

PROS

Simplicity! All data need for daily activities are organized in very simple and logical way. Training for new employees do not require a lot of investment (time and money). Financial information are handy and easy to pull out when needed.

CONS

The only thing that I can list would probably be design of the software itself.

Paradigm Clinical

Overall, the program is a good program and does the job it is used for.

PROS

The software is simple to use. The support is always available. Training is easy to schedule. Price is very comfortable. I have and continue to recommend this software .

CONS

We have experienced issues with chart documentation. Sporadically, the chart will not save or charting notes is lost.

Reasons for switching to Paradigm Clinical

Previous Program was not working for the Canadian claim version. Too many complications with reconciling patient claims and payment. Charting not clear and complicated to use. Very Happy to have switched to Paradigm. All of our offices are now on Paradigm.

The 90's fax'ed,they want their software back

very bad.

PROS

easy to uninstall. Too many security issues, with hosting this on a PC.

CONS

vendor lock in- they choose what they are going to send you for patient records if you want to leave. very clunky no reports that are easy to get to, and when you do they tell you nothing.
