Excellent Filipino Software and Client Specialist(s)
So far so good. It somehow meets all the demands of our practice.
PROSSo far, ThriveCloud has one of the best Software and Client Specialist(s). The Filipino staff are very considerate to return our call(s) IF and when we cannot reach anyone on the phone to help us out. They make sure our issues are all resolved. IF and when there are "new" glitches that comes up, they do a courtesy call and eMail to give us a heads up. We really appreciate it

5 star software perfect for fast-pace healthcare offices
We are happy with this software overall and look forward to growing and changing by staying up to date with new technology developments
PROSHow quickly tickets are answered, cloud base is more efficient and all around easy to maneuver
CONSI don’t have many cons about thrive. To be honest, changes and updates are made weekly

Buyer Beware
It has been frustrating that we have issues arise on a weekly basis that interfere with our office flow and efficiency. Some aspects of Thrive that were advertised didn't work out. For example, the real-time eligibility doesn't actually work with all insurances which the two biggest insurances we work with aren't on there so we don't even use it.
PROSThrive has a lot of potential to become a good cloud software. If everything worked perfectly it would be great software but it doesn't always.
CONSThere are a lot of problems that arise. The software isn't completely streamlined to work well consistently. We have been with them for over a year and still have problems. They always try to put them blame on us for the problem until we take them step by step and show them it is not us. Customer service used to be very responsive but is now much slower to respond.

Thought going to cloud based would be good. Thrive advertised many aspects to be included that we were paying for separately.
