Pros/Cons
Pros
- All in all, I would definitely recommend TimeTap, even for short term use like in the case of our conference. It was simple to learn, easy to use, and the customer service was amazing.
- What has been the great surprise has been your team. They make us feel good - they do a great job - and we are more than grateful for being a client of yours.
- We upgraded from an older scheduling program and this was well worth the investment. It is saving us costs by its great accuracy and the front office staff love how easy it is to maneuver.
Cons
- It does not work with human resources, so it is limited to fulfilling its functions as a system for agendas.
- For some reason after trial it didn't renew. It took around 3 weeks to figure it out and now we lost our discounted rate.
- It lets the client book and if they do not pay in 90 mins it cancels the booking. I don't like that it cancels out appointments even tho clients paid.
Pros
- I also love the fact that my clients can book their appointments online at their convenience. It's super easy to adjust your schedule and to add services to the schedule.
- This service is amazing. I love the fact that it keeps you updated on your appointments.
- Awesome! helps me stay super organized and is easy for the customers to book and use. I love that it send reminders to whoever wants and you can enable them or not.
Cons
- Clients have also complained about not being able to find the confirmation email, and it normally goes to their spam folders so that’s something I always have to remind them of.
- I don't have any major dislikes but the User Interface bit dull.
- Multiple customer profiles are a little frustrating.
