The team has also been receptive to physician feedback and continually improves the platform. #### Cons There are still opportunities to improve the physician workflow. Better chart continuity during messaging, additional documentation tools (such as richer formatting), clearer medication refill workflows, and more customization of patient questionnaires would further streamline care. I love that you have a partnership with a compounding pharmacy and have the ability to send to local pharmacies. #### Cons I think payments are pretty clunky. I hate having to use Stripe and send another QRS code.
