We started going into the office in person and being a start up, it's a limited space.

It also helps keep us safe via the wellness survey. We are so happy with the product and the service that we are looking to expand the amount of business we do with Eden.

As you can tell, I mainly have used it for these purposes but it has saved us time so far. Time is money so this is great.

Nothing that I can think of that is missing from software.

It is friendly and it helps me do my job with more ease. It saves me time and money.

The only thing that is missing right now are the features they didn't roll out yet. I can't wait to check out the desk reservation and room booking features once they launch.

My overall experience with Eden is really great because it is user-friendly and very easy to use. I think the reservation process is pretty straightforward and not at all time-consuming.

The simplicity of the platform and the design promotes efficiency for administrators and users alike.

I have loved working with their team - the most exciting thing about the tool is that they're constantly rolling out new features and keeping a very client-first approach in how they build.

My favorite tool is the Ticketing Tool — It helps streamline all of our teams’ requests in one place, and it integrates with Slack.

We also loved the capability to do health surveys, and to block users who hadn't submitted the health survey or proof of vaccine for NYC protocols.

When an issue has come up, the problem does not inhibit the function of the platform as a whole.

Amazing, would highly recommend and I do recommend this product to all my clients (many of whom oversee workplace/facilities of their offices).

It makes managing our space very easy, some great feature and eay to use.

Eden has great customer care. Their customer service reps treat you with respect and kindness at all times and are super knowledgeable about questions related to the platform or features.

It's been a great tool for us to handle managing an open desk concept at multiple offices around the country. The support team is also excellent, both very knowledgable and very responsive.

The system also integrated fantastic with our cloud (Jumpcloud) and our security system (kisi) to allow seamless entry.

The product is easy to use to book seating at the office.

It makes it easier to manage our office space, it is great for a big team that has hybrid work modes (WFH and Office). It's very easy to use and accurate.

Whether I want somewhere to work in between meetings, on my way to an evening out, or just for a change of environment, there's always something that suits me.

Sometimes finding rooms and places outside london is more limited.

I love the ease of checking out the available places to book hotdesks and more than that, I love the community that my membership opened me up to.

The combo of a brilliant user experience, fantastic venues for remote working and a highly active community is unbeatable.

However those were new venues at that time and that issue no longer occurs.

I love Othership for the community as a solopreneur. You can always ask for help and advice from other professionals.

It’s super easy to find somewhere to work alongside where both my colleagues and  IRL meetings are. Also a super useful Slack community with 100’s of freelancers on it.

With very few competitiors and such a new form of working it is difficult to see Cons.

Good application to work with coworkers. We can able to collaborate with the WFH users and WFO users effectively.

There's a great selection of co-working spaces to choose from and the descriptions are really clear and helpful.

Othership is incredibly simple to use, its also very cost effective and I find it much more affordable than other sites out there.

The map feature on the site can be awkward to use. It is too small and hard to navigate.

You immediately get the vibe of the space and whether it would be a good fit for the kind of work you need to do.

Often the venue managers aren’t expecting me or familiar with othership even when I’ve booked. Sometimes the background music is distracting and too loud for calls.

The pricing is the first attraction for me. The ease to find affordable office spaces as well as the hybrid functionality at a reasonable pricing is great.

The events allow you to get advise and help from other professionals which would otherwise be hard to find. The online system is very easy to use and your account is set up very quickly.
