Easy and engaging

My overall experience with Ronspot is very positive. It helps us to manage possible conflicts when sharing desks and meeting room during reconstruction of our offices. A possibilty to use Ronspot for parking spots booking is open for the future, as the spots will be equipped with electric chargers raising the importance of booking and parking spots management. User acceptance is smooth, thanks to self-explanatory design of mobile and web user interfaces.

PROS

Easy of use and fast implemenation. I managed that in two days, starting with learing the RONSPOT till two zoned ready for use to our users. I appreciate three-in-one application concept: desk, parking and meeting room bookings. Mobile application is easy to use and has a clean accomodating design.

CONS

I'd appreciate the improvement of map designer: copy and move all blocks of map together on the canvas, place desks right next to the walls, don't rotate spot numbers together with desk rotation (text is upside down), desk spot list to keep preset items per page (now it always resets to 10), minor bugfixes like ability to attached/change zone picture not just upon zone creation but also later, to keep my preset order at Desk Post List (sorting by selects columns), not insist on Half Refund setting upon zone creration when I don't what to use it at all etc.

No more confusion in the parking lot

From the first contact, Ronspot representatives actively provided all the support information necessary for our decision about the product choice. A fully working demo environment was available to try the product functionality. Implementation took just a few days, including the design of the map zones. Users' adoption of the system was flawless due to the optimized GUI and native application.

Having the option to be able to print reports and download them and export them is helpful

Creates problems when cars are parked in violation, generates notifications that go to admin in offices instead of directly notifying the user in violation.

Very positive. The team are very responsive during onboarding and at any point assistance is required, any queries at all they'll get right back to you.

PROS

The desk booking system makes it easy to keep track of available desk space, covid contact tracing, and department allocation.

CONS

The WFH confirmation functionality could use work. The reporting has cut-off of 8am.

Ronspot Booking App

The overall feedback from employees and more importantly executive management has been extremely positive. Ronspot has proved tremendously beneficial to our company who have actively looked at reducing office space and with our hybrid work model, Ronspot has provided solutions for our flexible hotdesks we have set up in our offices.

PROS

The beauty and major benefit of using Ronspot is that it is such a simple app to use for the common employee who might not be IT savvy. Their support team are fantastic and they respond and assist almost immediately with any reported issues. They are always sending out communication emails with updates and new features offered. They are also constantly working on developing and improving their overall package.

CONS

There are some minor issues that they are looking into, namely Reporting and Azure AD syncing of groups/city's attributes.
