  • Pros

  • Its APM features, Creative Dashboards, Browser data, Insights etc. are a great way to keep tab on your products performance and also, keeps you motivated to improve the performance.
  • Don't hesitate to ask for assistance from them. They want to make sure you succeed and are always glad to help you realize more value from your investment.
  • Dashboarding perfromance report capability is also good, helps us to keep on top of our applications perfromance.
  • Cons

  • Opposing the web component, the mobile apps one is very bad. The sdks are very bad and very intrusive, leading to instability of the apps itselfs.
  • The customer support is dreadful. We wait over 5 days for a response and then have to chase.
  • Our main version we run has a memory leak, the NewRelic support team was worthless in troubleshooting.

  • The ability to add in extras such as services and application monitoring on top is great.
  • Site24x7 is very easy to use, excellent Customer Success outreach to assist in solution evaluation and configuration.
  • Very good software for monitoring things like server performance or any website performance. Good to operate from both mobile and desktop and customer support of this organisation is very good.
  • Cons

  • Connectivity to the cloud is somehow restricted for government agencies in Saudi Arabia.
  • UI seems overloaded, sometimes user can get confused where to go.
  • There are almost to many things you can monitor. The licensing pricing model can be hard to understand also.
