Very Economical Way To Create Great Looking Customized Diagrams/Charts.

I like that I can make any type of chart and it's super easy to use. I prefer this to any other ones I've used in the past.

I love that this program is easy to use - as someone who creates a lot of process maps and manages a lot of projects, Lucidchart is a wonderful too.

It's been a great tool for our team over the years to help colleagues put their ideas and processes into visual form.

This bad user experience could have been avoided by simply letting me know beforehand.

I have also categorized it my diagram type and project type. Lucid just allows you to configure anything you can think of and that is what makes it super powerful.

Very easy to use, fast to learn, and customer support is excellent. It's the best way of creating diagrams I've found.

Sometimes the arrows from one action box to the next get a bit wonky and crazy. Not the end of the world, but slightly annoying sometimes.

Visual communications are beautiful and the integrations available make me wish i was more successful in getting more of my company to make us of this great tool.

Really like Lucidchart - highly recommended - not software to install, easy to use - easy to share. Like Google Sheets or Google Docs for visuals.

So simple and intuitive to use. Layout is exceptional, and the ability to have high resolution print quality out of the gate is amazing.

My only complaint is that Lucidchart mixes notation from Crow's Foot and Chen's notation, making some aspects of the design slightly confusing based strictly on the theory of ERDs learned in class.

It is a great option to work because it is very important for us to have applications that we can integrate with the rest of the ones we use.

What I dislike the most is that it's hard to navigate within the document when you have a lot of elements. You cannot drag and move across the page.

Great amount of integrations which make it really easy to use on all my devices and different apps. Been around for long so it has many features and lots of examples.

Easy to accidentally mess up, which may be an issue on my own end but sometimes while drawing certian arrow types, it'd go in a weird direction.

What I really love is ease of use and multitude of features. Every time I wish I could do something, it turns out it's possible.

I like using this software as it allows me to create very nice looking graphics and at a cost much less than Visio.

I love the ease of sharing and collaborating on charts and documents. It is also very easy to create accurate diagrams and export them to pdf.

There are too many icons on the window. Fullscreen only hide an icon, which is odd.

The features I like most about this software is the easy set up and I can get going right away. The quick virtual tour is very helpful when it comes to knowing all the different available features.

The templates are great, so you don't have to start from scratch. Organising documents is easy, you can simply order your diagrams with folders and share them with others.

It is super easy to make a flowchart. It is also easy to share them with others through the various integrations and enterprise solutions.

Overall, we are pleased with the product and the interaction with their sales and support staff.

I particularly like all the AWS options they provide. I love how easy it is to share a chart once done.

It was rather smooth, but I would love to obtain the refund after the cancellation of my subscription.

It's of course great for any kinds of charts too. The best product out there for charts really.

It is also very affordable to use. Investing in Lucid would be a great idea since they care so much about their customers.

I particularly like the ability to create interactive charts that allow you to drill down into different aspects of a graphic, if you want to.

The UI isn't very intuitive, and it's difficult to drag and reorder items.

We used to do sitemaps manually in PowerPoint but this is 100% better and the price point is reasonable.

I've loved it from the get-go, and as time has gone on they have included more features that I didn't even realize I would need but now use (customization tools, integration tools etc).

Love the live collaboration and so do our clients. There is a lot of nice features we can add to our sitemaps - page types, notes, color themes, even chat.

It helped to build sitemaps for web development projects. Its a great product if you need a very basic set of features.

I have been very satisfied with the product. Early on, we worked with them to integrate a version of the product into our flag ship product, Campus Suite.

Good software in terms of structure, limited capabilities.

It's incredibly easy to use this software making it client-friendly when trying to get them to actively engage with and amend sitemaps for projects.

I've been using Slick Plan for a few years and it just keeps getting better and better.

After the 30 days, you pay or they delete everything.

We also have used it to put together our company organization chart. Overall we like the functionality, ease of use and price point.

Most importantly, any worthy cloud-product requires good customer support behind it. We have been most satisfied.

There are not a LOT of features or at least at the plan level that we were willing to pay for.

Very easy to use, could do with minor functionality tweaks and visual amends.

To get diagrams with the sitemap you have to pay 3 x's as much.

I used this account for about a year and I cancelled the account when my client requested to use a different system because of a bug.

Next was version control. Keeping track of the back and forth with clients and changes to a document that is moving between a lot of people really struggled to keep everything organized.

Then, I found out the hard way there is no support, just a knowledge base. For something that expensive, I would expect to be able to call when I have a problem.

Multiple levels can be added to a sitemap in a condensed view. Collaboration element is great and different versions is great.

Can't color or duplicate in items in the diagram maker that you have to pay 3x's as much for. Complex pricing plans are hard to get purchase approvals for.
