Like all data analytics tools, you can go horribly wrong if. You have the wrong events instrumented.

It is a tool that's user friendly and allows you to personalize a lot the data you want to get and extract. The analytics results you get are really good, and the visualisation as well is great.

The pricing is really interesting and the data we're getting is the most exact we've found when compared with other solutions.

Love the custom, easy to share links and strong flexibility in how data is displayed. Also intuitive way to build cohorts.

The overall tool learning curve can take a lot of time. Sometimes problems can occur in UTM tagging.

The program is a little confusing to start using.

I also appreciate the archive that we can save with Amplitude, as all information, analyzes and reports can be saved in an organized manner and we can easily refer to them when needed.

Having much options and features bring a problem where sometimes simple things are a little bit complicated.

It is very easy to implement and to use by a no technical person. It also allows to integrate several platforms like those for A/B Tests.

Although we could integrate some of the tools we use with UserGuiding, it was a downer when I saw there is no integration with Heap yet.

The overall usability and adaptability with the software is great. You get every chance to customize the software to your liking.

Some of the implementation was a little hard because of our lack of technical knowledge.

My problem is that the first UserGuiding step does not work as it doesn’t not find the starting point on the web page, because this web page  is too long to show the entry button on a standard screen.

The product is easy to use and integrate into your own website to ensure smooth onboarding.

Customer engagement and conversion rates have skyrocketed thanks to UserGuiding.

Sometimes interface and Chrome extension could become confusing but once you get used to, it is not a big deal.
