Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love how easy it is to create multiple guides to share with our customers in our platform. The extension makes this process extremely simple and seamless.
- The people at Appcues have been amazing since day 1, always checking in to ensure we found success with their product. I have nothing but good thing to say about Appcues.
- It has been super helpful with our in-platform education for our users. I find the analytics very helpful.
Cons
- No integration with MadCap Flare. Occasional interface problems results in lost work.
- Less than 6 months after the start, prices are going out crazy and it makes no sense to use that provider.
- One pain point that I have experienced is in the way Appcues interacts with our site. On many pages, users open and close windows without actually navigating away from a specific URL.
Pros
- I also had a very good experience with the customer support. The people are very responsive, competent and very friendly.
- Product Fruits software is easy to pick up. What impress me is the outstanding customer service.
- The customer service has been absolutely fantastic and even expedited the introduction of supporting group attributes for the checklists which has been a real godsend for us.
Cons
- And let’s not talk about “%” because it sounds too vague. It means that your SaaS can earn additional tens of thousands of dollars a year without spending anything on ads.
- There is no single element in the software, that I don't like. The only thing that Product Fruits should do is, adding more payment methods.
- We have some issues with finding some of our buttons in the CSS, but the problem is probably more because of our code than anything.
