You can set it up just the way you like. It also gives you the ability to see what patients have opened and clicked on and who has done the actual review. The option to send the review out with certain amount of days also, is a great help. Patients get busy & tend to forget to review but with Infuse they will send reminders to help. Cons: I would like it to be able to maybe link up with some sites example- acquity. So we could create a big bulk email when patients schedule, reschedule, add more follow up emails.
