The support team is verry responsive and able to fix issues almost instantly. They also listen for enhancement and consider them for the product roadmap. The web portal is making it easy to use and the configuration is intuitive and easy to find. The different roles available are allowing for a good separation between users and define what they are allowed to perform. Cons: The main issue I have is the way that the icons are presented in the device view, mainly is the ability to have them in the position that they are being displayed on devices. There should be a way to rotate them to be in sync with the screens.
