Being charged for services that shouldn't be necessary (like how to customize the directory). No local service techs  (company is based in Connecticutt and we are in Oregon).

Disappointed  that there was no leeway in their customer service model to alleviate poor results for owners in the new launch in the fitness industry.

I have had positive contacts any time I need help. Anytime I submit a ticket, the response time is quick and problems are resolved in a timely manner, follow up is excellent.
