Able to communicate things pretty quickly, looks smarter than our previous setups and save us heaps of money in printing.

The ability to use multiple apps and integrations.

The apps that can be used to make templates, the ease of use, and the hardware that is offered. The cost per screen is amazing and the ability to manage the environment from one screen is wonderful.

But it was sort of inexplicable when it happened. We are using an Insignia brand TV with built in Amazon Fire to run our Optisign.

The apps are hit and miss if they actually work. I can't get at least one file to load at all.

Some times is confusing  when i tried to put the menu start over all then i did.

Lack of specific apps for my business. I was able to utilize the weather & embed apps.

We thought it connected wirelessly, but we soon discovered it must be connected with the HDMI cable and it must also be connected to the power supply instead of just being charged.

I was a little confused as to how to connect it to our TV.

Some 'hidden' tricks in the manuals, tutorials. It take some time and practicing to understand, what and how to do.

If they will keep it as simple and handy as it is now, i can clearly recommend it.

Easy to use, can update from anywhere, and works great with Chomebit.

The built in editor is excellent. Fast and responsive software.
