Certainly highly recommended CMS system. We have hands on comparison with other systems out there that are higher on the price point but give you less then Play.

We used Play for many years now. We like the playlist management and even though it might have few small drawbacks it works for us in majority of deployments. Playlist nesting, custom schedule on slides are a great help when working with the content.

No integration with WebOS is certainly a drawback but not a deal breaker for us.

For a long time we had a 9-screen video wall with almost no flexibility in how it showed content. This software has given us the ability of looping Youtube videos, flyers, and other content seamlessly. For us that means better exposure, more engagement, and higher levels of entertainment for our guests.

It's the most intuitive and user-friendly software we've used! The editing capabilities and plugins make it easy for us to display various forms of content on our screens. In the past, we've been limited on what we could show which was a poor customer experience for our guests. This software gives us the versatility that we need to really enhance our guest experience.

The asset directory can get crowded and clunky if we don't keep on top of organizing the files. It'd be helpful to have an expiration date like there is for slides.

The plug-ins are very useful so far. Easy to create slides for play later. Easy to save slides to reuse again.

Would be nice to be able to use different fonts/sizes within a text box. Additional transition options might be useful as well.

We have tried multiple sign programs to operate our digital sign in the front of our store and this one by far is the easiest to use and looks fantastic. One of the biggest pros for us is that it allows for both vertical and horizontal use. We absolutely love it.

The ease of set up and use for daily ads and promotions as well as the ability to set weekly schedules to best fit or needs makes this program one of the best we have found. It also allows for both horizontal and vertical displays to fit our specific needs.

It is a few dollars more expensive than other programs but it compensates for it in the fact that it is so easy to use and works well for both small and large businesses.

For how inexpensive it is, it's a GREAT product. We looked into Yodeck and ScreenCloud, and we might've gone with them, but we wanted fast and simple and inexpensive deployment. If that's your needs, you can't go wrong with a simple Fire Stick and Play Digital Signage. My boss was very impressed, too!

It's so simple to get it set up. I had beautiful digital signage going in about thirty minutes -- and that included the setup of the Amazon Fire Stick, too! I appreciate that it's simple to use but has more bells and whistles still to explore and utilize. I love the ability to schedule a slide for certain time frames. Love that you can do video or images. I believe there's even the ability to add widgets!

There's a little oddity when slides transition -- particularly with video slides. But cutting down the display time by half a second takes care of that. It also wasn't totally clear to me how to get the content from my computer to the TV the first time (with asset uploads, playlist creation, deployment, etc.). But once I understood it, it was a piece of cake.

Very easy to set up and get running. No issues as of yet.

The price could have been a little bit cheaper.

Play is simple to use and produces a highly polished final product, the support is amazing I just wish more companies took notice how they support their product. very quick to setup and you can use a multitude of delivery methods to keep initial outlay low, it represents great value.

I am not the typical user. I assumed the role of VP of a Women's Golf Association (all volunteer) earlier this year. We are a group of (mostly) retired women who play golf once-a-week at our golf club. One of my tasks was to maintain an old-fashioned bulletin board in our locker room -- a cork-board with paper notices posted using thumb tacks. Surely there had to be a better way. We had a television monitor in the locker room that was available to use. I began doing my homework on electronic signboards, learning and researching the various products. That's how I came across Play Signage. After watching the videos and reading the tutorials, I gathered up my courage, created an account, and started to create a slide. And then another slide. And another. And another. The learning curve was so easy and the capabilities were so robust. It was easy, and fun, and most of all, in no time I had created a deck of slides that I was really proud of. I included animations, gifs, plug-ins for the weather, time & date, quotes, and even some YouTube videos. If this retired person in her 60s could do this, anyone can do it. When I hit an occasional roadblock, Lars from Play Signage was on the chat line ready to help. He was generous with his time, and was always available -- weeknights, weekends, and even holidays. The customer support was above and beyond any software or application I have ever used. I highly recommend Play Signage.

I have no comments for this section. There is nothing I don't like.

The ability to embed a playlist within a playlist and the ability to time a slide and have itself deleted on the date set. Slide stash is also a good feature, making it easy to use slides created across multiple playlists.

The downside is the lack of news Apps. That area needs improvement.

It was very easy to finally have a tool that shows the content the way I wanted it. The content is displayed with the maximum ease of use and after I deployed it myself, it was really easy to transfer knowledge to the ultimate owner of the system, who is self supporting and never needs any assistance or help.

What I like most is the simplicity, the ease of use and the fact that it never let us down. We haven't had a single downtime second in the 2 years that we have used the product. We have deployed Play on an Amazon Fire stick and 2 displays show content the way we want it without a single interruption.

I could see a nicer integration with some images banks, external sites, or some other tools, but all of these are less relevant to the real usage we have.

Our use of Play Signage has been a positive experience. I am currently demoing Zoom Digital Signage as it is offered free to us as part of our Zoom Enterprise Account. Free is very hard to beat. However, Play Signage has functionality and ease of use that makes the decision of leaving very difficult.

Play Signage greatly impacts the marketing, outreach, and communications of our campus. Anything from announcements, even flyers, menus: you name it and we have it. Play Signage allows us to do so very seamlessly, quickly, and effectively all over our campus while minimizing our need for actually paper communication and physical contact with the bulletin locations. Play Signage also has a very easy interface and we appreciate that.

There is very little to dislike about Play Signage.

I love that I can create different playlists for different screens with super easy management and visibility. Screens change and update so quickly that we can always greet guests with customized signage on short notice.

Editing tools are very basic. But I usually find I can create what I need.

Where do I start! This platform is exactly what our company has been looking for. The ability to create content using the visual editor is extremely powerful and allows for a user friendly experience that prevents you from having to create content elsewhere. Along with the player management functions that allow you to see which players are online at a glance, and easily add players with a simply 6-digit code is a breath of fresh air coming from alternative platforms. On the topic of players, this platform can be installed on nearly every OS under the sun! The pricing model is also unique and very competitive. I've only had positive experiences when requiring support and the team is always quick to respond.

None at this time. We've converted most of our clients to PlaySignage from Brightsign, but it would be great to be able to install PlaySignage on a Brightsign player to prevent having to purchase a new player for these clients.

I have noticed a marked increase in people interests in the events that we have posted as digital signage in our front lobby. It has piqued many potential customer's interest in our facility and keeps many of our staff and employees in the know about upcoming events and sharing special moments with our visitors. Great stuff.

I love how easy it is to use the software and to just get started making great digital signage from the time you first install access the program. So many great options and ways to make your content come to life. Best of all, you don't need to be an expert to figure out how to make it work. Even better is the fact that you can work anywhere with internet access and update your signage with just a few clicks of a mouse.

Only that it is limited by my imagination.

Overall the experience with Play Digital Signage has been wonderful

I love how easy it is to use. It lets you know when it's not working which is rare. I love how you can control many screens from on place.

The only downside is it is not easy to get a hold of someone in customer service. No one to call and had to wait a while to chat online.

We love the ease with which we can change out our electronic menus in store from a remote central location. Helps with quality control across all of our different locations! We are also using it for our employee break room screens so that we can keep our employees up to date on the latest things going on and keep them posted on need to knows real time which has been a more helpful communication tool than hundreds of emails that get ignored. Also like the cost savings features if you pay annually and have multiple screens.

N/A There is currently nothing we would note as a con with the software. It has been user friendly and helpful to our organization.

I create presentations for our health care facility and often I need a lot of flexibilty combined with easy solutions to make quick, entertaining flyers and event promotions that catch the eyes of our residents and their families. Play is making it easy for me to do my thing without having to rack my brain too much on how to do it. Overall, I think they have a great product worth checking out.

Play is easy to use and easy to understand. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out other types of digital signage; but Play is very familiar because of its similarity to Powerpoint. So far, I am able to convert most of the powerpoint slides I have to this program and can build on them quite easily. Nice to find something that is easy to use "right out of the box"

There are a few features that I loose when converting powerpoint files, but its not all that bad. I have to spend alittle time trying to recreate certain effects; but, some of the extra features like adding a time/date, RSS feeds, and websites make up for what I may have lost.

Very positive. We expanded from a business unit that was using digital signage and then expanded again when we realized its impact.

Very good and looking into purchasing the license since its the best Digital Sign player that i have used and is very easy to setup.

Every feature that I need for our organization, I was able to find and use. Plugins also have brief videos on how to setup or use that plugin which is very helpful.

Sometimes the player would stop and i would need to restart the player on the Android box which might be from the Android box or something else which i havent figured out yet.
