There are so many bells and whistles it is a little overwhelming. I mostly only interact with 2 screens yet there are so many places to get lost in the menus.

Great way to communicate with our members. WE love posting pictures and our members love seeing them selves on the TV screen.

REACH has provided EXCELLENT customer service - incredibly responsive and supportive. With REACH, we are able to keep our digital display current and it is easy to change content.

Disappointed  that there was no leeway in their customer service model to alleviate poor results for owners in the new launch in the fitness industry.
