This software is very easy to use and the group integrated our data from a 3rd party vendor and made it seamless for our operation.

There are so many bells and whistles it is a little overwhelming. I mostly only interact with 2 screens yet there are so many places to get lost in the menus.

It is great for marketing our materials from facilities to programs. The integration with social media and CSI is great.

Great way to communicate with our members. WE love posting pictures and our members love seeing them selves on the TV screen.

We had to pay a developer separately to integrate the API with our website and UPS worldship. That ran us close to 5K so that was a bummer.

Limited CRM (Sales) platform with less reporting for this area of business. Custom reports can be complicated and convoluted.

There are lots of features and opportunities we can progress with and we are finding opportunities and ideas as we continue the development of the system.
