Their customer service is also very good. Anytime I reach out to them, they answer pretty fast. It allows us to micromanage down to different departments, who can then control the displays in their area. Most of our employees have been able to easily take hold of the built-in templates and edit them. The integration with Canvas was especially beneficial for our school district. Overall, it’s been the ease of use that stands out to us, and the initial setup was quick and easy. #### Cons The back end portal could use a little bit of reconfiguration. It is something that was a pain to do before. #### Cons Nothing, I don't remember any time we had an issue with it. From day one being able to update the players without moving SD cards or USB drives was a gamechanger. We display everything from movie trailers, local advertising, showtimes and menu boards for our cafe. The ability to schedule different dayparts is gamechanging. We found just the time savings alone samed us money each month. We are able to cusomize our videos for trailers and ads and the resolution on our giant 60'x80' movie screen is amazing. #### Cons We have never ran into a negative about risevision, I can control it from anywhere in the world with an easy to use dashboard. They make digital signage easy #### Cons Most of the current templates available are meant for the school setting. It also doesn't allow you to move around text boxes or images when you are editing a premade template. The program has allowed our school community to strengthen by allowing us to share information easily. It also allows us to celebrate and share success stories. I often will make a custom image graphic on Canva and be able to upload it onto Rise very easily! The user options are very easy to use - the amount of template presentations is truly overwhelming! There is so much there that you didn't even know that you needed! I have yet to need customer support, which is a good sign! #### Cons Sometimes I will upload just a picture into an image presentation. It is difficult to sometimes add text to it - it looks very plain and it's hard to center it. #### Vendor response Cons: Some of the editing is not that great. It also provides great graphics when it comes to uploading images and videos onto the slide. There are not very many bugs or issues with this platform at all and and if there are customer support is usually right on it. I am not sure about the value for money as I do not deal with that aspect but I think it is a great platform #### Cons I think it would be nice if the user options for the platform were a little more broad. We run a Google slide that is updated by one of our instructors that shows random events, pictures, etc. Rise Vision customer support is always helpful. The appliances are very easy to set up and deploy. It can be up and running within a few minutes. The appliance and service pricing are very reasonable. #### Cons It can be difficult finding Youtube streams that can be shown due to the copyright flags on some videos.
