It allows us to micromanage down to different departments, who can then control the displays in their area. Overall, it’s been the ease of use that stands out to us, and the initial setup was quick and easy. #### Cons The back end portal could use a little bit of reconfiguration. In addition, I love that it can be taken over at our district level in the event of an emergency and help to display any pertinent information. #### Cons Although very easy to use, it took a bit of time to figure out duplicating templates vs just creating multiple versions of the same template in order to display menus for each week. Any time I have had a question, I have gotten a comprehensive response with a screen recording of them actually correcting my issue and solving the problem for me. I appreciate the screen recording because then I can learn how to do it myself. We run a Google slide that is updated by one of our instructors that shows random events, pictures, etc. Rise Vision customer support is always helpful. The appliances are very easy to set up and deploy. It can be up and running within a few minutes. The appliance and service pricing are very reasonable. #### Cons It can be difficult finding Youtube streams that can be shown due to the copyright flags on some videos.
