Powerful Digital Singnage Simplified
Easy to use and portal. Highly flexible and reliable operation. Many Content plugins available for simple drag and drop content extensions. Turn any consumer display device into your own high quality digital display signage. Excellent web interface for management and scheduling. Value for money and great ROI
CONSWould like more flexibity for admin / management from mobile devices. Additional portal roles for system admins so that they can delegate roles to power users for management of content and schedules.

Fantastic Tool
As mentioned above, having locations across the U.S. and being in an industry where there is rarely a set schedule, ScreenCloud aids in our ability to inform and educate our team. From company updates to safety awareness campaigns, ScreenCloud offers us an effective and interactive digital signage platform.
PROSScreenCloud has proven to be an extremely effective tool at getting company messages and information out to our greater team. With multiple operations and varying team member schedules, it can be difficult to have everyone in one place at the same time. With ScreenCloud, I am easily able to create, update and post content that'll air at each operation. The platform allows for easy customization and immediate display with a click of the mouse.
CONSThere isn't much negative to say. My only true complaint is that the "Canva" content creation function can feel clunky at times. I hope to see further improvements and updates as time goes on. I also wish there was a better way to file my templates and slides in folders for easier navigation.

ScreenCloud A Plus for Internal Communications
With locations across the country, this product helps us communicate with team members and makes us all feel more connected.
PROSThe most beneficial feature of ScreenCloud is the ability to create so many different screens and channels for our internal audience. We can customize the screens to fit each service area. The ability to add content and have it immediately load is a plus. The customer service team has been helpful and has gone out of their way to assist in making this a great tool.
CONSI would like to have the ability to publish several playlists at the same time as well as a feature to create reports.
