Each agent has their own account provided by our company. There is nothing to like about skyslope. I'm shocked they still have customers. I however have no choice as it is what my brokerage chooses to use. Skyslope is such a bad product I've considered switching brokerages over it. That's how bad it is... #### Cons It doesn't make any logical sense to have 2 folders for each transaction. One for the forms and one for the transaction. You can't even access the transactions on the app, only the forms. So don't think you can get away with only using the transaction folder. Nothing is easy with Skyslope. It syncs to nothing. Honestly, this product hurts my brain so much I might leave my brokerage over it. Having to download a form so I can upload it to skyslope should not be a standard practice in the 21st century, sorry, not sorry. #### Vendor response Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Just when I think I may change my opinion I am reminded how annoying and unfriendly this program is. Not to mention that the Realtor is now doing the work of the Administration person. Their business practices are nothing short of deceptive. I was told my only option was one package, when in reality there were other, less expensive packages available. I like how it eliminates the back and forth emails I used to have to send to my conveyancer at the brokerage. Now I just upload the documents directly to Skyslope and my conveyancer gets it right away. #### Cons I don't know what the cost is because my brokerage is paying for it but it probably isn't cheap. Also, having all the document management on a platform is good but I often have to call my conveyancer on the phone to specifically clarify on the notes she wrote on the skyslope documents checklist.
