I really like Wallboard

Pros:

I really like the fact that you can interact with Wallboard in so many different ways. They have a very good API, Webhooks, internal databases, can interact with external databases, they have implemented loads of sensors (i.e. motion, RFID, AI camera and so much more). This makes the possibilities endless and is mostly limited by your own imagination.

Cons:

Sometimes hard to find all the correct documentation but more and more is getting added every day.

Wallboard is using mostly standard web-based languages and this makes it easy for anybody with web development knowledge to start with any custom development when that is needed.

Easy, easy to implement, feature rich and priced competitively

As an AV Integrator, it's a great fit for customers who want an easy to use, yet feature rich platform with a vendor that doesn't nickle and dime you to death. Sweet spots are data, sensors, interactivity and overall easy of use for any type of digital signage deployment (house of worship, hospitality and gaming, corporate coms, contact center, supply chain metrics and KPI's, etc.

Pros:

The content editor is super easy to use with click-drag-drop functionality, yet has a surprisingly deep feature set if needed

Cons:

Would like additional social media integrations like Instagram. For data and KPI's the methods of gathering statistics could be more varied and easier to implement

Great signage software. On the one hand - the software is very convenient and end-user friendly with a convenient and understandable content editor and an excellent graphical interface. On the other hand - the software supports a wide range of advanced applications such as database integration, sensors support, touch screens, alerts, statistics, information analysis, user management and much more.

Cons:

More advanced text editor and more social widgets.

Pros:

The web based UI is makes it super easy to manage content, layouts, and schedules. The software is compatible with all the major system on chip and digital signage player hardware on the market.

Cons:

Other software platforms have greater ability to customize the formatting of table based data. Wallboard does a good job as well but the procedure could be a little more intuitive.
