Yodeck is great for digital signage!
Yodeck is easy to use, easy to deploy, and easy to manage. Their technical support is awesome and we normally get a response within a few minutes of submitting a support ticket! They have a great knowledgebase as well, which is very useful for figuring out issues on our own, as well as for training users on the system and how to use it. I also like that the players run on a RaspberryPi (which they provide FREE with an annual plan)! They keep the footprint small and sleek, while being more than powerful enough to display just about anything we need!
CONSSome of the administration of Yodeck can be a bit overwhelming or confusing at first, but after receiving training and going through their documentation, you can become an expert in no time!

A workhorse powerhouse
Yodeck is pretty easy to deploy and is free to try out one screen which is why we initially gave it a try. We have expanded to four screens and use them everyday to inform hotel guests of the current schedule of events and current information for events or hotel specials.
CONSThey have a lot of web 'apps' but they are difficult to use and integrate. Also some of the options are limited.
Reasons for switching to Yodeck
Janus was a lot more expensive and came with a lot of overhead to keep it functional

Just the product I was looking for!
I am quite happy with my overall experience. My clients know that they can simply shoot me a message and have me instantly update the content on the screens. They also do not have to worry about turning on and off their screens which they love.
PROSWhat I am happy about the most is the fact that I can remotely update the screens and that there is a preview of what is playing on the screens. Having that confirmation that the content that is running is up to date and correct gives me peace of mind.
CONSI did have a some issues installing the player and having the screens link to the wifi as well as having the screens follow the on/off schedule I set. However, I did reach out to customer service and he was able to assist me in a timely manner.
Reason for choosing Yodeck
After signing up for a trial with both companies, I found that the online platform for managing the screens was much easier to use. I appreciated the price point as well.
