A Great App with Great Support at a Great Price

It is a user friendly tool that has made communication within the department of the institution easy.

PROS

Connecteam is a sofware that is being used departmentally in the institution.It makes it possible for members of each department to internally communicate. It has different options in which employees can use to be kept up to date and feel connected. One of the thing that excites me the most is the great customer support that is always reachable. The software is also easy to use and come at a market friendly price.

CONS

Hardly can i mention any dislike. It is a great product and i love it.

Great for team communication

PROS

Connecteam is one of the best apps for team communication especially when working remotely. Its interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. It helps in productivity and organizing my work, and track tasks more efficiently. I can recommend it to anyone.

CONS

The app using too much RAM for desktops which I don't like but otherwise I like the software.

Wouldn't live without Connecteam

Excellent, couldn't live without connecteam now

PROS

Connecteam is perfect for small or large companies to help run everything within your company.Works brilliant for us at B&F Construction Ltd running multiple employees and booking their jobs in for them to see on their mobile PDA's They can except jobs on the connecteam app and can see all documents needed to work with us.

CONS

Least, only one thing i have found a problem is not seeing employees absences on the monthly planner, because of this the admin make mistakes and book people in when they should be off.

Need to focus on PTO option

I keep all my emails. I have been told the same spill every time I ask for 2 years straight like its a scripted answer. Just quit with excuses and get the PTO option

price I guess if I have to choose . but not a lot. same story different day

Tsheets was messing up the geo fence and clocking people out hourly

Thanks for your feedback. While we have a planned roadmap for new releases, in most cases there are unexpected things that happen that need a higher prioritization, and the company needs to make decisions that may affect the ETA of certain features, which may also make some people unhappy. We understand that. We have no intention of promising customers things that will not happen. It has no value for us as a company and no value for our customers. But it doesn't change the fact that you feel like you were misled, and we apologize for that. The PTO option is a big one and has been in the works for the past few months. We already had a live webinar about this feature and we've demonstrated it to customers and gathered feedback. In the next 10-14 days a BETA version is scheduled to be released to some customers that wanted to try the PTO first. Overall Review of Connecteam

PROS

The management features of course. Easy to maneuver, secure, makes hosting a lot easier for teamwork and offers flexibility.

CONS

- Limited integration- Limited Storage- No advanced features

Helped us get organized!

The support was super awesome and fast with my questions! Overall this product has been great!

PROS

The view! We can see everything we need to see as admins in one place which helps keep us organized! We love that everything is colour coded for ease :)

CONS

It would be nice to be able to list multiple jobs under one shift as we are often split between admin, cleaning, and teaching time :)

It's great to hear you are more organized and efficient with Connecteam :) As for using more than one job during a shift, please note that users can switch between jobs when they're on the clock. Shifts in the schedule show what's planned while the time clock helps track the jobs that were actually done in the most precise way (for example, I may have been scheduled to work 9 to 5, but I arrived at 9:02 and left at 4:57. You want to be able to track by real-time and not by scheduled time). While the schedule sets it up, if employees need to switch between jobs during the same "shift" and you don't want to create multiple shifts for them each with its own job, they have a "switch job" option in their time clock, even if they're under another scheduled shift (if you enable this option of course). Thankful they offer this to small businesses

We started using the paid version of Connecteam. It was out of our budget as a very small company but time management was eating at our bottom line. We were hoping that the cost of the product and the time that we saved would even out. But, then they came out with a free version for small businesses and it was a true lifesaver. I hope we get big enough someday to be able to give back to this company and others like it that help out small businesses.

PROS

We love that everything we need is in one place, easy to navigate or customize, and visible to everyone. It has been a lifesaver for our small business to stay organized. We use chat, time clock, forms, job scheduler, quick tasks, knowledge base, and documents so far.

CONS

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike.

Best software out there for small businesses

PROS

This is THE best software for managing my team. It has comprehensive features for people and task management. To top it all off its completely free for upto 10 employees which for a small growing business like ours is fantastic!

CONS

Havent got a bad word to say about it, its incredible!

Great Demo experince

Fantastic. I am enjoying learning how to use this software for my organization. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been INCREDIBLE in helping me figure out what will work best for my organization.

I love the customization of my options and what I am able to do.

Extraordinary workforce management app

PROS

A+ customer service with prompt and precise responses. They do a superb job of making sure you comprehend how to utilize the program to its best potential. We required a solution to easily reach everyone due to the mobility nature of our staff. Connecteam provided all of that and more.

CONS

It would be wonderful to have more customizing possibilities but still loved the idea of using this.

Looks professional, easy to use, and great value for the cost.

I can not praise your customer service enough! It is no secret that I love working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. He is my favorite to chat with because he always makes sure he understands what I am asking, gives in-depth responses (so I fully understand him), often shares personalized quick videos, and always has a workaround when I am having an issue. He continually tells me how wonderful it is to work for Connecteam (and I am so glad to support a company that treats its employees so well). I know that anytime I chat in with a question, anyone can and will provide exceptional customer service. I have never been disappointed with a conversation with them.

PROS

I love that this solution is easy to use, is aesthetically pleasing, and is a great value for the cost. I love that they are constantly working hard to continually improve (on an already amazing solution) and send out updates often about what new features they are adding on.

CONS

What I like the least about this software is that some things are found in very weird locations (Why is Geo-Fencing in time clocks and not in settings under job scheduling?). I also wish there were training videos for employees. I work remotely and our employees are older and wish there is a way to send them a tutorial without having to try and teach them over a call. (I gave up and made my own training videos on how to use the app and they still struggle).

The reason the Geofence settings are in the Time Clock and not in the Schedule is because the Schedule focuses on letting employees know what they need to do, where they need to be and when of course :) The Time Clock is the feature they track the actual work time with, which includes tracking their current location to ensure they at the worksite. That's why the settings for the Geofence are there :) Once the features are synced - Viola! Harmony :) As for more training videos - we're on it! Thanks again for such a beautiful review :)

Connecteam has been a complete Game Changer for our company!

Overall experience is 150% wonderful! Their customer service is the best! The best thing about Connecteam is that it can work with any type of business. It is so customizable!!

PROS

We had been looking for a program that would provide a "one stop shop" for communicating with our employees who are in the field 98% of the time and stumbled across Connecteam while looking, about 1 1/2 years ago. This platform has completely changed how we do almost everything relating to back office, communication and safety! It is so user friendly, not only on the back side but to our employees. It has cut down on so much paperwork and allowed us to train people during their down time in the field instead of having them come into the office. I could go on and on....we use Connecteam for Safety Training, Announcements, Time Clock, Benefits, Repair Orders, Flash Reports, etc. It is AMAZING!!

CONS

I don't know if there is something I like least about Connecteam, maybe that they are still developing the software. Which is really a good thing....everything we have communicated with them such as suggestions they take very seriously and most of the time the next update you have what you need!

Reasons for switching to Connecteam

To have everything in one place. We didn't want our employees having to log into different things all day long, with Connecteam they can clock in, read the newsletter, do a safety training, sign forms for HR, etc. all on one app!

An amazing app for startups and established businesses

The team has been great! very attentive and respond to questions very quickly. They are also willing to listen to ideas that would make this software better. They have been improving this app dramatically and I thank them for their continued effort in doing so.

PROS

The ease of use and implementation is always important to reduce the time it takes to train and have to correct errors.

CONS

Some great features are only for the higher tear subscriptions which as a smaller company is a bit costly.

Reason for choosing Connecteam

Ease of use, number of features, price, and above all the team has been great and willing to jump on a call whenever needed. Very important when we are trying to get something done.

Reasons for switching to Connecteam

Tracksmart was a good app. Although it did not allow much flexibility with other features such as report writing, communication with our team and etc. Compared to this app Tracksmart does not have many features and anything else requires you to subscribe to additional apps that integrate with one another.

Excellent solution for team communications

The app is fully fully featured and even if it were not as full featured, support has been so incredibly good that I would have signed up just to help them because they really have a passion for helping people.

PROS

The time clock and messaging features attracted me and then there are so many other bonus features that adopting Connecteam was a very easy decision. I love the idea that training is now a lot easier remotely. I love the task management. I absolutely LOVE the workflows - solved a big problem for us.

CONS

I hesitate to put anything here because support has been incredibly responsive. They really are amazing. The only thing I can say is that we have noticed a slight delay in notifications. By slight, I mean a minute or so sometimes.

Nothing was as slam dunk easy or as fully featured.

Reasons for switching to Connecteam

significantly more features, better navigation, and significantly better user experience and support. I also switch from tsheets. So we consolidated two softwares.
