I also like that there are a variety of different tools that are available to use with deskmy. Deskmy also has a great customer service team that responds promptly to any questions or concerns that I have. Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: For hours I do all the work sharing the screen, talking and listening, without crashing the system or getting low video/audio quality. I can use it anywhere and it's really easy to set up. It has everything I need to stay productive and to stay in touch with my team. Cons: The usage time indication system could be more robust.
