Pros/Cons
Pros
- High quality, reliable and feature rich. Great value with ability to create backups to local as well as online locations.
- We have been replacing our previous software with MSP360 and we are very happy with it so far. Its been about 6 months and its easy to work with, highly customizable and reliable.
- The software is great, the prices are below other products and the Customer SUpport is very good.
Cons
- In the end, the error was because I was using the application inside of a Docker container which was not properly configured for the permissions!).
- The 1TB storage limit for storage I pay for (i.e. S3) is wrong. I've heard changes are coming and you can ask for more storage.
- Every little event triggers an error, and there's no way to turn them off. Expect a bunch of junk tickets.
Pros
- This is such a brilliant, cost effective tool that requires little to no setup and has given us the ability to resell a really fantastic experience to our customers.
- Excellent product, easy to use, fits perfectly with our team. I have already recommended it to several peers.
- Domain Features are amazing. Unattended Access is nice and fast overall experience with platform is nice and user friendly.
Cons
- I have not had any issues with this product so am unable to come up with a negative.
- It is truly difficult for me to identify a weakness.
- The biggest current drawback (and distinction from Teamviewer) is the lack of a VPN function in Zoho.
