VMware Cloud Management for Service Providers
Generally i can say that this is an awesome product, does what is required of it and after every update comes great features for both a service provider and end customers
PROSEase of use- The software is very intuitive compared to other solutions that i have used to manage multi tenanted customersIntegration- It can be easily integrated with other 3rd party tools offering value to customersCustomization- with white labelling , one can easily have resellers as well as giving a cloud customer that look and feel of their organization with their corporate colors and logos
CONSComplex to set up- Even though there have been leaps and bounds in making the installation and configuration easy, i believe more can be done to make it easier to do soSSL renewal - This is a process that needs to be worked on urgently. It should not take thirty minutes plus to renew a certificate
