I love media radar, it is very easy to use, it has a variety of updated information and really appreciate the LinkedIn link, very powerful software.

MediaRadar does a great job of looking for relevant contacts and providing a wealth of information on the advertisers included, such as online creative and where it's running.

As with all databases, it is difficult to keep up to date on the fast moving changes of contacts. Maybe there could be a way for UGC and input for changes.

Not only does the product have so much to offer but also the customer service is amazing.

Customer support was great during the roll out to our team. There are a lot of great reports and insights that can found within MediaRadar at the click of a button.

It's slightly on the inconvenient side, especially when dealing with smaller companies. I find myself looking up contact information and the data is sometimes out dated.

Ability to get contact information, competitive reports, market share info, etc. I also use it to look at campaign creative, and the perfect pitch, to investigate brand targets.

Main problem has been the limited contact information and some of the contact details are out of date. Just ran a list of 288 contacts and almost 100 were bad emails.

You can easily build lists of prospects, competition, and contact information. It is a well thought out tool that can save a ton of time and money as well as increase productivity.

It was great and is a good example that sometimes you don't know how good you have it until it is gone.

Very positive because it saves time and definitely allows me to be to focused on the right prospects depending upon the demographics and audiences that companies are targeting.

The accuracy of the information provided for each clients is about 95% correct which is fantastic and a huge help to the success of my job.

The data in the platform is quite rich and navigation within is intuitive.

I use MR daily for contacts, competitive spending and new business prospecting. It is very easy to run reports and save them in excel for going back at a later date to reach out to.

Pretty easy to use, and it made a wealth of information available that was very helpful.

The filters require you to be 100% specific and this leaves a lot of room for errors. It is hard to learn when you are starting out.

Love the new marketplace I utilized the free first blog given to test quality and I was very happy with the writing quality and research done by the writer.

It was very easy to use, and gave you some great insights into what your competitors where doing to gain site traction and traffic.

It really helps with keywords and understanding how the site is doing and what could be improved. They also offer lots of help and give great newsletters on what to do.

I think the only problem we have had with this platform has been to use 100% of the tools it has, because it is very complete and has so many features that it is difficult to understand everything.

On page report sometimes provides wrong information. Few reports if we fix also it shows error.

The software is cool, some good features. But other competitors offer a better value for the money + have a better customer support.

It gives me very valuable information to spend my marketing budget wisely. The site audit is also extremely useful to improve SEO and have a better ranking.

Also once the wider platform integrations are done it's give better results e.g. GA and Search Console. I like the ability to use the API which we use with our custom reporting.

It includes competitive information, tracking of top keywords, the ability to do research, and create keyword lists to leverage for SEM. It's a great tool at an affordable price point.

My only complaint about the software is that it is extremely expensive, and there are also a lot of features and can be a little confusing.

Often some data is missing and it's happening with both low and high traffic websites. Often data is misleading.

Very easy to use and set up, the best option for getting the big picture of where you stand in organic search results and how to keep optimizing. Great for planning your paid Google ads.

Integration is fine however the customer support is not good.

Although it is not perfect, it is definitely being improved and helps provide guidance.

Overall the company is great. The product is pretty robust and the service is well priced.

Excellent personal onboarding help and a wealth of self-guided articles ensure I'm going to get.

For example, adding domains as competitors is confusing and hard to find.

SEMrush is a wonderful tool with a vast amount of in-depth features that will help you improve SEO and PPC for your business.

One example is a dead link on my site. Semrush tells me of its existence, but not exactly where it is so that I can fix it.

Overall I am very happy with the tool. When I had to reach out to customer service, they were very helpful and got back to me right away.

I like the amount of features that the platform has regarding SEO. On top of that, the UX/UI is very easy to use and appealing to the eye.

The best thing I liked is Competitive analysis, It can provide you the best details compared to any other tools. Finding prospects for the backlinks is also best in class.

Lack of guidance and explanation. Lack of automation feature to see larger timelines.

I hate how, even after paying a lot of money each month, they require you to pay more see other domains. You also can’t see certain market reports which is just annoying.

They help I have received from Customer Service has been exceptional and the tools that I have used have been incredibly helpful.

They provide key insights to help make my website better and better. It is an amazing tool and I would suggest everyone responsible for SEO or auditing SEO to take a look into using SEMrush.

The optimization ideas generated are very effective in improving the website. Technical SEO audit is quite good and rank tracking is accurate.

SEMRush is easy to use and offers great insight into your website performance. I have also found that their YouTube channel and other educational materials are very helpful.
