I noticed this software is awesome in keeping records, also in inventory management and keep any transaction that will help you and the company.

It glitches out constantly and seems to do crash the most when you are in the middle of something time-sensitive. It's not very easy to navigate and the program isn't very intuitive.

If you work with someone who really knows this product then they can can help you with a solution that will help your business achieve the best results.

Data flows transparently in both directions. Also, their staff are really wonderful at helping you - they're easy to talk over challenges with, and always ready to help.

It has been good so far. Tech support has room for improvement, but overall it has been a good program.

Most of the support techs I have spoken with have bad attitudes.

Acctivate is a great inventory management software that integrates with QuickBooks. Their setup/onboarding process is great to assist with ensuring the file is setup for your business.

It synchronizes with QuickBooks very easily also. The only problem we have had in the past eight years is that every time there is a upgrade, the crystal report templates get screwed up.

Excellent company toi work with, great support, quick to response to any issue.

It tends to crash if you are not updated in new version.

The software is the best on the market that will allow you to remain in QuickBooks. Additionally, the fact that it leverages SQL and Crystal Reports makes it a truly good value.

The biggest challenge with Acctivate is that it seems to crash for no obvious reason and sometimes with no warning. When this happens, whatever is being worked on is lost.

Just an inferior product that will keep taking your money. We are cutting our losses and moving on.

Easy to use, great help from activate for setup, all customer records are transparent, well organized, so does the inventory.

The system is robust and always improving. The value for the price is unmatched.

Once you decide to post something in Acctivate you cannot go back and edit that post. Also if you use unearned revenue and pay a deposit on a invoice you cannot go back and edit notes on the invoice.

This is an excellent product that is from an equally excellent vendor whose attention to customer service and details are superb.

Inventory management includes ability to manage using bins and multiple physical or virtual warehouses. This is a strong feature for an application in this price range.

When working with so many software vendors; you dread picking up the phone or sending that email because you know you will get the run around no matter how thorough you are with your description.

It can do almost anything you need it to do when it comes to managing your inventory. What I like best about the Activate Inventory software is it's integration to QuickBooks.

You will waste time re-doing your work because of failures to save and other platform-related errors.

Costco requires us to use this service. We find it very easy to use.

The error is not highlighted on the document. If the error was highlighted it would save time in the correction of the error.

Can take a while to get a hold of someone but they are very nice and very helpful.

Overall, I'm not impressed with SPS. Basic functions like automated inventory feeds were created to be sources of revenue for the company.
