No phone app to sync CRM data. Limited options to format some fields.

As you'd expect from my glowing overview, I'm quite pleased, and of course, recommend this to any larger small business.

Not too much, I guess because it's cloud, if we loose our Internet connection, we can't log in.

The price is really high, and have more functions and features than they need. BizAutomation is perfect for those that are caught in between.

Integration with Google Apps allows users to access familiar tools from within the application. Solid Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality, tightly integrated into the product.

The ease of use and meeting all the accounting needs of a small business is what makes bizAutomation unique and worthy.

There are multiple ways to get to the same place, so there's a little bit of confusion there in the beginning but that's shortlived.

The integration was much less complicated as anticipated and we have been LIVE WITHOUT interruptions for ONE YEAR.

BizAutomation was easy to learn and use for our business. I do the bookkeeping and it was a good system.

We switched from NetSuite a year ago and have had a very positive experience with BizAutomation, as they've been very attentive to our needs.

Great price for all the great things that come with it.

Impressive Software That's Actually Affordable for Small Businesses.

The customer service is great. If something needs to be fixed or changed, someone is there to help.

BizAutomation goes the extra mile of a perspective customer doing its due diligence. He is looking to partner and offer the best product so that everyone can grow and be successful.

The configurator hand down. Our product line and ordering procedure are extremely complex and BizAutomations configurator is capable of configuring the 21 trillion different combinations.

Lower costs, better reporting, better support and the ability to customize documents to suit our business.

What I liked most is how flexible they were during the implementation process.

My overall experience with BizAutomation has been exceptionally good.

Throwing money at a software company alone will not be enough.

The software is clean, easy to read, and the navigation is self-explanatory. The features and modules are not complicated and do the job.

Great to have the whole business managed with one software, and accessible from anywhere around the world.

This software is so complete; it's super easy to use and understand as well as encapsulates all aspects of our business.

This software will reduce our training cycle to lessen the impact of losing trained employees.

Expect customization (not nearly as costly as you think). Reporting is not their strong suit and have been told they are working on an upgrade.

My overall experience with BizAutomation was professional. I always felt we were working in concert for the same outcome positive outcome.

There are not any  features of this software that makes it unpleasant.

You will waste time re-doing your work because of failures to save and other platform-related errors.

Good interface for EDI interactions; easy to use.

Costco requires us to use this service. We find it very easy to use.

The error is not highlighted on the document. If the error was highlighted it would save time in the correction of the error.

Can take a while to get a hold of someone but they are very nice and very helpful.

Love how easy it is to function and how I can get help and resolve problems by using the chat.

Besides being easy to use, the site provides me with all the information I need. Support is also excellent.

I like that it can be integrated with Quick Books to make things more automated.

I give it a #9- I have had a good experience with them, it helps when the account manager is active with his customers. The SPs team is friendly,  friendly, fast, and efficient to help.

It is sometimes confusing working between customers and the information that they require is so different.

They continue to update and add features that improve on some of their short comings. The customer service / help line is very good.

The Hybrid Solution that allows integration and webform. Ability to print out the shipping /ucc 128 label which is a great plus for us.

But for small manufacturers, too cumbersome, time consuming, and costly.

Overall, when I have needed to reach someone at SPS the support has been excellent.

Its been great so far and it has been getting better and easier to use over time.

Inability to re-send or correct and resend documents, and researching old issues. Communication of failures in the past has been an issue.

The ability to track the shipments is something that has been helpful.

Slow, incompetent customer support. Constant issues with their platform losing data.

The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. They follow up very quickly and go the extra mile to help me.

Poor execution, incredibly poorly timed roll-out. There was a protocol in place for conducting business that was smooth, efficient, and took the burden off of the hands of the customer.

Complete disregard for customer needs. No urgency to assist with tech support.

It is very easy to use, and the customer service is fantastic. Enables you do business with multiple business partners seamlessly.

Overall, I'm not impressed with SPS. Basic functions like automated inventory feeds were created to be sources of revenue for the company.

Great company who obviously excels in the EDI world giving customers different options that suits their capabilities.

There is a charge every time we send a document, so when there is an error, it is costs our company money every time.

Really love working with the people - great staff.

The instructional videos are very good it was easy to get going and easy to review.

Very Disappointed with SPS Commerce. I was misled and miss directed.

The support team is very helpful and the software is great when working properly.

Enjoy the feature that we integrated SPS to our QB's, this was a time saver.

SPS Commerce Fulfillment is a cloud-based EDI solution, which assists retailers, distributors, grocers and suppliers with electronic document interchange. Key features include order management, status tracking, invoice management and search functionality. 


The SPS platform comes with an activity dashboard, which enables administrators to visualize new orders, items ready for acknowledgment or shipping, orders missing shipments and more. It allows teams to store documents, invoices, shipping notices and accounting information on a centralized portal.
