CharityTracker is user friendly and intuitive. They software allows us to serve our clients and provide referrals effectively and with integrity.

Overall CharityTracker is a great tool for non-profits and I'd recommend the program to anyone who's looking to simplify the way that they keep track of participants, donors, etc.

Our overall experience has been great. The CharityTracker support team is awesome.

After I add a few more cases, the software will keep logging me out again. This has been very frustrating.

I would recommend this for anyone that would like to give and get help giving as well.

What I dislike about this software is that when their  is duplicate accounts it was a difficult process it combine the accounts.

This gives you quick demographic information and fast data that can be useful—a friendly resource to connect you to local grassroots work.

I like the customer support CharityTracker provides, we had some issues with processing some case files and they assisted promptly.

I love the usefulness for our organization that runs a food pantry and works with our community to better help those in need. We want to help people become independent and self-sufficient.

We were not able to keep names of disaster victims associated with the name of the disaster by which they were affected.

Charity Tracker makes client management simple for companies in the non profit sector. We have enjoyed lowering our overall costs with this tool.

I personally think it is a wonderful idea and I liked the barcode that you could scan now that helped with less time show people how to use the computer site.

One great thing is we can edit the patrons information easily. It connects with other like charity organizations in our area.

The ease of learning Charity Tracker was excellent. We could interface with other agencies to better monitor our clients.

They help generate great reports of everything and that is helpful for both keeping records and making presentations to the district representatives.

I love that it is easy to use. I love the referral feature probably the most because it allows you to request services on behalf of a client without ever having to leave the office, submit anything.

That is what I like most about this software. The reporting functionality is also pretty excellent.

The reports aren't instantaneous and take a little while to get back to you sometimes when you request them, which is a little bit of a pain.

It is difficult at times to maneuver around options that are available to you at times. You have to really explore everything.

CharityTracker is a pretty cool idea and is pretty easy to navigate. The idea behind this is great, especially for someone who is in the nonprofit industry.

From the trial version of Charity Tracker  I would say it is a great software to use if you are keeping track of incoming and outcoming of money.

I like the barcode scanner component, it makes it really easy to find clients. I also like the way it integrates with all of the other charities in the community and helps us coordinate.

One of the best benefits of this software is the ability to connect other service providers to a single client.

Identifying the most needy in our community. Avoiding those who would abuse the system.

What I like most is how easy it was to learn how to utilize. I appreciated the introductory video, as well as the customer support.

I love that it is user friendly. I love that it provides organization and streamlines communication in the community.

It is also disappointing that the local Trustee's office is no longer covering the cost of the software, which will lead to more agencies dropping it because they cannot afford to keep it.

We are just starting to use this less than a year but so far we are liking it because it is easy to use, very user friendly. It makes it really easy to track for clients, and donors.

I love how it can integrate with other organizations and document the Bridges out of Poverty data collections.

It was difficult to understand how to use and the requirements to get it to work to meet our needs.

The PLB segments or pass thru's are difficult to decipher with the power reader.

It was so wonderful that I had to get it installed when I changed companies/positions. I love being able to change the formats of my files and change what columns that I want to see for each file.

We enjoy the reader across the revenue offices primarily for its ease of use and functional simplicity in managing the multiple HIPAA transactions. For the users it is efficient and easy to utilize.

When I know we are sending a clean claim out this generates quick turnaround for payments. This has saves us time and money.

It is easy to use, easy to understand and navigate through.

The customer service with the program is amazing as all I have to do is email and I almost always get an immediate response.

I like that I can use it to help check eligibility for multiple clients all at once, especially with multiple locations.

As an Administrator, the ability to quickly install and train our users are important. It is very user friendly and the filters provide many ways to quickly retrieve the data you are looking for.

I love the simplicity of this program. The export feature is really helpful when working with others.

The segment list with the field name and corresponding loop and segment is in an order that make it hard to find where a field was mapped from.

EDI Power reader is easy to use and understand for a beginner like myself.

I hated everything about this software. It was so difficult to use and lacked functionality and looked like it was from the 80's.

The ease of use, export of the files we need, and the opportunities to utilize the data we pull through the reader are the reasons I love the EDI Power Reader. I couldn't do my job without it.

I liked that it could give us information in a human readable format and provide eligibility info.

The only problem is that some time I experience some difficulties using this and i dont know why and i have to ask my IT guy to come and take a look at it.

It is a great software for me to use and ensure all my claims were processed and sent.

You have to go into the details report to see the rest of the denial data and some insurance companies have issues with the EOB's we send them stating they are missing required data because of this.

Ease of use and clarity of output are the two best pros for this software.

EDI Power Reader is an on-premise solution designed to help businesses in the healthcare sector securely access electronic data interchange (EDI) files on a unified platform. It allows employees to search records using a query function, sort them in ascending or descending order and filter rejected claims on a 277 claims acknowledgment (277CA) report.


The application enables professionals to view 835 electronic remittance files in a grid or linear record layout. Healthcare workers can use EDI Power Reader to arrange columns of data in multiple orders such as paid amount, 835 reason codes, denial amounts, and more. Additionally, employees can select data elements to view, print, or export the required information and set up configurations to display EDI loops.


EDI Power Reader is available on an annual subscription basis and can be installed on up to 5 individual workstations within the organization. Support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.
