Having to use another app (Elastic Route) can be a bit painful, and creates some challenges when orders change.

Currently haven't found anything that i dislike about this software.

I needed to integrate it with an existing process and needed a few unusual features, like the ability to import a list of notification emails per delivery site.

Best of all, the customer support is top-notch. Every time I have issues, they reply extremely fast AND more importantly, with a solution.
