It is not as QuickBooks friendly as other services I have seen but it meets our needs for a lower cost. I worked with several members of the Web EDI team and they all have been responsive and helpful. As a growing business, Web EDI has allowed us to handle the growing volume of orders and trading partners we are working towards. Cons: Some processes of the QuickBooks integration require redundant data entry. Imported invoices cannot close or link to sales orders at this time. Read More WB William B. Reasonably priced and very responsive customer support. Cons: Use several different EDI's for our business and this one is the least user friendly.
