Infor CloudSuite Distribution Enterprise is designed for larger wholesale distributors that operate internationally with many language and localization requirements, or operate a hybrid business environment that includes both distribution and manufacturing.

The good thing about Infor ERP is that it is not as pricey as SAP and can pretty much compete with SAP in terms of functionalities.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that it is far more expensive that Microsoft Dynamics so customers sometimes go for Dynamics.

I'm going, to be honest with you. Infor is horrifying at my job. While it can handle a variety of suites, I just don't have a good thing about it.

Cons

We use infor to manage orders and art mockups and requisitions. You are at the complete mercy of your dev team who have to work night and day to even make this thing run. Missing orders, orders shipped out to the wrong places, orders not being dispatched, infor is truly the worst thing I've ever used in my 6 years in sales. It can take up to 60 minutes to even place an order. And you gotta double check it too. Its integration with a website is laughable at best. Buyer beware.

I really like where Infor has taken their ERP product. It relatively easy to implement, configure, customize, etc. Generally speaking it is not too complicated to integrate bar code scanners, etc. In other words, the software is not the bottle neck for the implementation process, it is the end client's processes. The Infor cloud product is also pretty good

Cons

As with any ERP software, you need some implementation help otherwise the project will go nowhere. Do your homework!

Only a normal benefit you get from buying a cheap software such as accounting, purchasing, and sales administration. While the point we invest in this kind of product are for productivity and efficiency.

Pros

Marketing is good, maybe it might be good for mass production company, but for job order based company, the function, flexibility and etc it doesn't work

Cons

Software has not running in live situation almost 1-2 years training, adjustment, problem solving, and etc. With this software price, its been the worst investment that our company made.

A con is that it does not scale Wide Area Network with the correct speed. It doesn't appear to halve a good warehouse module.
