Slick, reponsive and evolving software for a similarly fluid market

Working with Intersoft is one of the high points of my job role. They have always encouraged and pursued direct communication and been quick to respond to that. Their timeline for resolving issues is quicker than any other API support we currently depend on. The staff are bright, friendly and professional, and I enjoy knowing each of them.

PROS

The setup and ongoing use is clearly documented, the support team are second to none in the courier market, new features and elements are introduced regularly.

CONS

There is some flexibility I would like introduced that has taken a long time to see release. I sometimes feel the direct communication with the couriers they support, and the broader understanding of the non-technical issues clients and users of couriers face is a little lacking.

Outstanding customer service team and technical support.

Excellent! I would recommended to any who is looking for a smart software who are accommodating and helpful with a variety of API options.

PROS

How readily available the support team at Intersoft are is amazing. Having our very own customer service department, we know how easy it can be to become behind on getting back to customers. However whenever I have reached out the the customer service team we have received a response with an appropriate update within the hour in most cases Secondly, They listen what needs the customers are asking for and actively put in tech fixes to implements these request with appropriate and realistic time frame.

CONS

I don't have any cons. I'm still learning how to use the Software which I would appreciate some training on. However, I'm sure if I asked this would be provided.

Reason for choosing Intelligent Shipper

We use this Intelligent Shipper for our fulfillment centre in countries across the US.

Reasons for switching to Intelligent Shipper

Metapack don't make customers feel important. Unless you're on the large scale of shipping such as Asos then you're not accounted for. Support tickets can be left for weeks without a reply and tech request will be ongoing for 6 months with no updates or information on completion. They will hand the tech work from person to person who don't communicate to each other which ends in mistakes.

Great product

PROS

We needed better supportability for our customers. The time taken to get answers to problems/queries with our previous supplier was an issue. There were also some specific services which we could not support. We were also at a standstill and were unable to onboard new Royal Mail customers to our platform.

CONS

I can't think of anything specific as a con. The Intersoft support team are always very quick to respond and are helpful. They are worlds better than our previous supplier because there is no time difference.

Intelligent Shipper Review

Does what it says on the tin. Good product.

PROS

Intelligent Shipper integrates really well with the Royal mail and our Customer Management system. We have recently added DHL as an expedited shipping solution to the USA which has worked really well. What we wanted and now have is a simple system to use that scans a System generated Bar code to release the shipment taking the payment and printing the shipping label with the minimum of fuss. It works!

CONS

The con is that it costs a fair amount and I would suggest that unless you are dispatching a minimum of 50+ orders a day this is not the scale or price for you. It has handled over 1500 orders a day for us and we see no ceiling from this.

Price, quality of integration software and reliability.

Reasons for switching to Intelligent Shipper

Royal Mail services were flaky and not very scalable.
