Radley was able to ease our concern about integration with our ERP system (Infor CSI/SyteLine). The flexibility that it offers and how wonderful the consultant was/is.

The software is stable and works without any issues, and customized for each customer needs. Technical support is quick to respond if there are any questions or errors.

All the people I have worked with have been great and friendly. Very responsive and easy to work with.

I like the ease of use and drill down options. I also like that i can export to Excel.

The software integrates well with our ERP package and is highly customizable.

Loosening up restrictions leads to mistakes, but shipping to OEMs like Honda and Nissan require some adjustments. Those adjustments opened us up to errors.

Transitioning over and not knowing the outcome was the stressful part.

Costco requires us to use this service. We find it very easy to use.

The error is not highlighted on the document. If the error was highlighted it would save time in the correction of the error.

The Hybrid Solution that allows integration and webform. Ability to print out the shipping /ucc 128 label which is a great plus for us.

Overall, I'm not impressed with SPS. Basic functions like automated inventory feeds were created to be sources of revenue for the company.

Great company who obviously excels in the EDI world giving customers different options that suits their capabilities.

There is a charge every time we send a document, so when there is an error, it is costs our company money every time.
