Roundsman covers business operations from sales to invoicing, and looks after customers via the customer portal and mobile app. The back-office depot system combined with the driver delivery app and customer portal work together to create an improved work and customer journey. Customers' can order through the web portal or the app, they can also view and amend orders, view their account balance and delivery history, obtain statements, and copy invoices. Payments can be made via SagePay and PayPal. The website is suitable for wholesale, retail, and domestic customers. Orders are placed on rounds, which can be ordered as required, loaded, dispatched, and completed daily.
