Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The ability for value lookups to the Database or the Salesforce organization is a huge plus, while the tool is very drag and drop friendly.
  • I think what I like best is the modular approach which has saved me tons of time with maintenance and process changes we've needed to make over the years. The service has been great too.
  • Cons

  • Notification queue type integrations are especially difficult to create. Jitterbit professional services advised against letting projects grow too large as they can become corrupted.
  • Maybe based on the number of operations that will be running rather than end point alone.

  • I like the intuitiveness and that customer support is readily available. It's also kind of fun to have different themes for the background.
  • I appreciate the ease of use for my customer service team when it come to entering orders. The Salespad interface is far superior to the GP in regards to order entry.
  • Cons

  • It is difficult to use Salespad to keep a record of the additional information for a prolonged period of time that I sometimes need hard copies to look back on.
  • Because of that limitation, I still have to receive each order individually in GP.
