One day with a bad route will make you waste a lot of money on time and fuel, its worth every dollar. #### Cons Only thing i dont like is when i have more than 100 routes the system wont enumerate my orders on the map and it just represents them with a dot. im the kind of persons who needs to see where im standing at in relation to my route, so i keep my routes under 100 so i can have the full experience and calm my anxiety. Instead of manually organizing stops and trying to guess the best order, OptimoRoute gives us a clear and efficient route plan very quickly. Customer notifications, route tracking, and delivery monitoring are also very useful because customers have better information and we have a clearer overview of what is happening in the field #### Cons The main thing I would improve is address handling. In real-life ecommerce, customers often enter addresses in different formats, with missing details, small mistakes, or local variations. OptimoRoute works well when the address data is clean, but we sometimes still need to manually correct or adjust addresses before optimization. Better automatic recognition and correction of imperfect addresses would make the software even more useful. This is just an inconvenience not a real issue #### Reasons for switching to OptimoRoute OptimoRoute also offers better value for money compared with alternatives we considered. For example, Routific was more expensive for our use case, and its email notification setup required displaying a phone number, which was inconvenient because many customers would call unnecessarily instead of simply following the delivery information. It's a fairly cheap program that is easy to use, keeps our clients information safe and secure, and helps us be as efficient as possible when planning delivery routes along our town. It also helps keep track of successful vs unsuccessful deliveries so we can follow-up accordingly. All the set-up and import of data is easy to do! #### Cons Nothing, It's covered all our bases! Hopefully as business expands it will become more useful #### Cons The price is a little too high for a single user and jumped considerably a couple of years back. Good for time planning. Fair price. #### Cons When planning routes, there is much things that must be done by my own, not by automated system.
