The Prophet 21 development and support staff are very knowledgeable. Many of the folks have been there a long time, employee retention is great and the knowledge is very useful.

Its a great software with lot of options for customization which can suit any size industry, overall a positive experience.

You can easily maneuver through the software and update the areas you need to, and the support is fantastic.

I have had their software for 8 years, and every time I have had to call I have had the worst experience.

There is an awesome World Wide User Group (WWUG) that is very active and supportive. We have tried to take advantage and apply all of the P21 features that we can and see great return on that effort.

Great software, just make sure you have the right parts to handle a quality integration.

As a 12 year user I'm still learning functionality in P21. It's a good solid system for small to medium business and works well in and for single and multi-location businesses.

If you forget to do this at a later date, you can literally cost your company hundreds or thousands of dollars because the wrong vendor was given the PO.

Out of the box it is weak without a strong development team because it integrates poorly initially.

Some features work differently on the sales side versus the purchasing side, which is quite strange.

Navigation is intuitive once you learn the function menus. User group and solutions database is extremely helpful for special applications.

Pricing and ordering guidelines are accurate and easily set up. Processing speed is good.

Epicor is one of the top catalog providers in terms of automobile parts, even though its quite expensive but they have proven to have the best data in the industry.

Even before they discontinued my software I still had multiple problems their tech support. I rarely write bad reviews but the last contact I had with this company was so unprofessional.

We had done a lot of set up before going live but had a few bumps, nothing that caused serious problems though.

I personally like Linux OS and this software is specifically designed to work on Linux OS. Its overall price is cheaper as there is no cost for OS.

Users have complained there are many steps (more than is typical) needed to do basic tasks. This is only an 'out of the box' product for very basic use.

I really loved the Dashboards customization so that my client can customize it however he wants, he can see all the sales in a single place.

Great customizable features; custom columns, the ability to add tabs and add fields almost anywhere on any screen is a great feature. The master 'search' full-text search feature a plus.

Easy to use when it came to placing orders, which is what we used the most.

The intuitive ease of use, and the ability to customize as needed has made this a very versatile software package.

The ability to communicate everything about inventory, sales, purchase with everyone on our team at the same time. It is rather intuitive so training is fairly easy.

Sometimes reports were difficult to be pulled, took too long or were inaccurate. We had to pull them more than once and data wasn't the same.

I was working for a medium sized plumbing company as a Solutions Providing Consultant and they were maintaining their records in Tally. After some Google search and research I found this Software.

We have been pleased with our choice of software and think Prophet21 is a good partner.

The fact that you can feed it and update it with all the information that is important to your company, you can customize it and the options as far as I've been seen are numerous.

Wireless warehouse features,  ease of use, user group focus.

They work closely with Microsoft and innovative 3rd Parties as well as internally to continually provide innovation and better performance.

Weak on reporting capabilities. Can be difficult to deal with credit card payments.

P21 is very good in managing my warehouse and all that is in it. The openness of the system allows for easy integration of other product that help make the overall management of the business.

Over sold on a very difficult to implement and then actually use product takes more time to process.

This is a very good ERP system and from a Purchasing/Inventory stand point this system is very robust. There is nothing I feel like I need that I don't have.

When a data import has an error, it is not always easy to decipher what the error means.

The Dashboard and export functionality impressed me.

You will waste time re-doing your work because of failures to save and other platform-related errors.

Good interface for EDI interactions; easy to use.

Costco requires us to use this service. We find it very easy to use.

The error is not highlighted on the document. If the error was highlighted it would save time in the correction of the error.

Can take a while to get a hold of someone but they are very nice and very helpful.

Love how easy it is to function and how I can get help and resolve problems by using the chat.

Besides being easy to use, the site provides me with all the information I need. Support is also excellent.

I like that it can be integrated with Quick Books to make things more automated.

I give it a #9- I have had a good experience with them, it helps when the account manager is active with his customers. The SPs team is friendly,  friendly, fast, and efficient to help.

It is sometimes confusing working between customers and the information that they require is so different.

They continue to update and add features that improve on some of their short comings. The customer service / help line is very good.

The Hybrid Solution that allows integration and webform. Ability to print out the shipping /ucc 128 label which is a great plus for us.

But for small manufacturers, too cumbersome, time consuming, and costly.

Overall, when I have needed to reach someone at SPS the support has been excellent.

Its been great so far and it has been getting better and easier to use over time.

Inability to re-send or correct and resend documents, and researching old issues. Communication of failures in the past has been an issue.

The ability to track the shipments is something that has been helpful.

Slow, incompetent customer support. Constant issues with their platform losing data.

The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. They follow up very quickly and go the extra mile to help me.

Poor execution, incredibly poorly timed roll-out. There was a protocol in place for conducting business that was smooth, efficient, and took the burden off of the hands of the customer.

Complete disregard for customer needs. No urgency to assist with tech support.

It is very easy to use, and the customer service is fantastic. Enables you do business with multiple business partners seamlessly.

Overall, I'm not impressed with SPS. Basic functions like automated inventory feeds were created to be sources of revenue for the company.

Great company who obviously excels in the EDI world giving customers different options that suits their capabilities.

There is a charge every time we send a document, so when there is an error, it is costs our company money every time.

Really love working with the people - great staff.

The instructional videos are very good it was easy to get going and easy to review.

Very Disappointed with SPS Commerce. I was misled and miss directed.

The support team is very helpful and the software is great when working properly.

Enjoy the feature that we integrated SPS to our QB's, this was a time saver.
