I would not suggest SILO to anyone in the produce industry, as of right now. Cons: I do not like the software, the lack of capability this software has for the industry I am in. SILO can produce so much for being an upcoming software but lacks a lot of the support within its own company to better it. I dislike customer service, the accounting section lacks so much, too much clicking, having to open multiple (more than 5 screens) to do a simple task, and no shortcuts to make the productivity faster.
