Easy to use Excellent sales and support staff
I am 10+ year user of VP, with each version the tool gets easier and more consistent across the UI, we are able to provide 100% of our customer requirements.
PROSSeamless integration with our ERP software, the support team is very responsive and very flexible when mapping to our trading partner non-standard needs
CONSThe interface needs a little more consistency across the whole design but overall easy to navigate and use

SPS Good overall Solution
SPS has been great to deal with. Highly recommend. Simplifies the whole EDI process.
PROSIntegrates very well with WMS system. Very seamless.
CONSIf a transaction doesn't get sent to our WMS system there is no way for us to have the file resent. We need to contact support. Support however is very quick to respond. Seems like an unnecessary step.
Reasons for switching to SPS Commerce
The other company we were dealing with was to manual of a process.

If you love retailer chargebacks and shady billing practices you'll love SPS!
Portal is OK to use. Customer support for processing retailer-specific questions is good.
CONSIntegration with our 3PL/SPS has been a nightmare. For the past 6 months we have tried to get a solid EDI connection between the retailer, 3PL and SPS. We are now "live" with our retail partner and still having on-going issues which is low leading to chargebacks!!Their billing practices are downright un-ethical, purposely confusing, and difficult to manage. Every month we need to scour our bill to ensure accuracy as SPS loves to add new services/line items which we never consented to. It then takes weeks of emailing support to try and get a resolution which burns precious time for any entrepreneur.

Love SPS Fulfillment!
I love how user friendly the software is! It was a seamless transition with lots of resources and tools. Customer service is ALWAYS super friendly AND helpful, which is hard to come by these days!
CONSWhen I click on a new PO I'd like to be able to toggle from tab to tab however the page changes entirely so sometimes I have to go back and forth too much.. Other than that I love it!

Much improved functionality over the last 3 years
Consistent data and help!
PROSIt's the industry standard and so many of our customers use it. The improved Webform Fulfillment is user friendly and intuitive. The chat feature is helpful.
CONSNot all our customers use SPS and it does not integrate with QuickBooks Online. Sometimes the sales and implementation teams use jargon I can't follow.
