Costco requires us to use this service. We find it very easy to use.

The error is not highlighted on the document. If the error was highlighted it would save time in the correction of the error.

Can take a while to get a hold of someone but they are very nice and very helpful.

Overall, I'm not impressed with SPS. Basic functions like automated inventory feeds were created to be sources of revenue for the company.

So many functions should be automatic, the new system Foundry proved to be worse than the last version. So many clicks until you arrive what you actually need.

Once they were purchased by HighJump, their customer service suffered. We had a lot of problems with getting support quickly when we had issues.

The only feature I don't like is that the delete and save buttons are next to each other. I've accidentally hit the wrong one when in a hurry and deleted what I had entered.

The best are the helpful and very knowledgeable employees that answer questions and help navigate you through the software application.
