"lag when opening up large documents, all file types are not yet supported, document management is not streamlined, when uploading hundreds of documents it takes too long to rename each one."

"Some of the mapping I struggle to find where it goes. When I am trying to find a lien or damage and the documents don't generate there. Or they don't let me copy from the intake folder. Or I think I am in the matter and somehow ended up in the Intake instead."
