Only a basic understanding of logic and conditions is required to get started. This might be one of the best MS Word plug-in options around. Professional services support is amazing. #### Cons I did not like that my multiple requests for enhanced features for Adobe Sign were ignored, even if I requested to pay for the development effort. I believe the solution is missing a document preview option to help reduce the overall smart flow execution time, if you decide the preview is bad. We ended up being on a legacy version, so I don't really have any other cons to mention.
