"I can create PDFs, export quick HTML pages and markup I can throw into static docs sites, and it even has a direct Confluence integration that lets me add KB articles and ticket documentation in moments...so now my company is actually growing its internal processes knowledge base instead of just fixing tickets and having to figure things out again and again.
