"I use it almost every day to create technical courseware, lab guides, and training content, and it has consistently helped me produce high-quality documentation efficiently."

"I can create PDFs, export quick HTML pages and markup I can throw into static docs sites, and it even has a direct Confluence integration that lets me add KB articles and ticket documentation in moments...so now my company is actually growing its internal processes knowledge base instead of just fixing tickets and having to figure things out again and again. "I don't particularly like the way Steps look, and prefer using Content Blocks if starting from scratch, but Steps be easily customized with CSS if exporting to PDF or HTML."
