Great solution for our electronic lien waivers!
In the construction industry, lien waivers are extremely tedious and costly in terms of labor. With the help from Plumsail, I was able to create a web-based lien waiver process for our vendors. I was able to build and execute the form and document creation systems during the free trial period and due to our low volume, Plumsail customer service team gave us a custom plan catered to our needs. Couldn't be happier.
CONSI would love to utilize the inkpad option in the form and have it get imposed onto our document. Would also like to see the inkpad option be a required form field in addition.

Power Automate does not have this solution, but was able to find Plumsail through Power Automate's compatible connectors.

Dear Stefan! Many thanks for your review. As for the ink pad, it's possible to capture handwritten signatures with the form and insert them into documents as pictures using the picture formatter in your templates. Moreover, we've just recently published an update for forms, now you can make an ink sketch field required. If any questions, we'll be happy to assist you. CONSThe integration with Adobe Sign doesn't work

I find it more easy to generate a excel file and then convert it into PDF

Dear Vincent, thank you for the review :) You mentioned that the integration with Adobe Sign doesn't work. We have done some tests and investigated cases when it could fail. For now, we have improved the logic, and in case the Adobe Sign delivery fails, you'll receive an understandable error message. So you can make the necessary configuration in your Adobe Sign account. Useful way to generate reports
Very good experience. We were able to create nice templates for reports without a big effort.
PROSIt is easy to define templates where to put data and generate reports.
CONSSometimes, customer and users forget then limit is in the objects supported. Sometimes it is not easy to include references within documents like images or objects which can be referred.

Too early to tell - Ask me in 3 months
I made the decision to go with Plumsail and I want it to work but it's been a struggle for my pretty complex 1st document. My business need right out of the gate wasn't simple.
PROSI am currently on the fence as I see a few benefits to the tool. Word is so finnicky and I'm not having to deal with that (the use of the tokens is so much easier). The ability to create multiple slides/pages with looping over an array is fantastic.
CONSThe documentation isn't always the most clear when things seem straight forward but then it doesn't work. I hoping to get workarounds for the things it can't do. The response time from the help desk is only through written ticket system and no chat or phone and it takes overnight. No quick responses.

SharePoint & Plumsail Documents
Excellent product and has helped us streamline processes with ease. Have used Plumsail Documents in a previous Company so it was an easy decision to use again. Works flawlessly and even has an accurate way to look at my remaining subscription 2for the month.
PROSEasy to setup as part of a workflow in SharePoint
CONSAt the start there was a bit of setup required to get Plumsail Documents working in our workflow. Would like to see more ideas from Plumsail such as Signing Documents in SharePoint.

Easy to setup and test with trial and easy to deploy. Never got a chance to try the other alternatives because Plumsail was the first.
