## Reviews summary

- Overall rating: 4.8/5
- Total reviews: 264

### Secondary ratings

- Ease of use: 4.8/5
- Customer support: 4.5/5
- Value for money: 4.8/5
- Functionality: 4.6/5

### Rating distribution

- 5 stars: 207 reviews (78%)
- 4 stars: 54 reviews (20%)
- 3 stars: 2 reviews (1%)
- 2 stars: 0 reviews (0%)
- 1 star: 1 reviews (0%)

### Most mentioned pros

- I am a licensed insurance broker, and the simple process using dochub makes it so my clients don't have to print, sign, scan then email paperwork, and most companies accept this signature.
- I particularly like the annotation features, which allow me to comment, highlight, and fill out forms directly within the document.
- We can easily create templates for our contracts, which saves us time and ensures consistency across all our agreements. Plus, the ability to track the status of documents and send reminders is a huge help in keeping everything on schedule.

### Most mentioned cons

- I absolutely cannot use your template system the way it is setup and it costs me so much time. If I can ever find a system that has better templates and still lets me customize after starting from a template I'll be switching.
- of time trying to find work arounds, and eats up HOURS of work and having to make a copy and then a copy of a copy to get the file assembled that I need. And though I am within the file size restriction, Customer Support was unable to resolve it. But even so, I wish y'all would increase the size limit or offer that at another tier or something.
- Sometimes if the form is fillable , dochub will not recognize it to be that and will mark all fields not completed.

It's been great! It is very reliable with few to no outages. Overall a great document signing software.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Dochub is very affordable and is intuitive to use. It has all the features you would want from a document-signing software. You can create templates to send the same document to several people, you can edit documents, and it stores the documents in the cloud. Additionally, it integrates with Google Workspace so it connects to your Drive and Contacts, so you can easily upload documents and add signers.

#### Cons

When you are editing a document in DocHub you have to manually download it back into G-Drive, it is only editing the DocHub version, not the Drive version.

#### Reasons for switching to DocHub

The price of DocHub was significantly lower, which was important as we have rolled it out to our entire team.

### Good but room to improve

I've used it regularly (at least weekly) for the last 1.5 years. I've experienced several instances where the signor completed the document on their end, but it did not finalize. Despite trying multiple times. I have to reupload and begin the process again to sort out the issue which can be very annoying. However, it is affordable and meets the needs of my workplace.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

It's overall very good at getting digital documents signed.

#### Cons

It glitches a lot and sends so many spammy emails to everyone involved, which sometimes makes people I'm sending the documents to, tune out and ignore the notifications in the long run.

### One of my most used work tools

- Overall rating: 5/5
- Reviewer: Matthew M.

- Industry: Telecommunications

- Product usage: Used daily for more than 2 years
- Reviewed: October 2024

Quickly became one of my most used tools for document management. Integration with my gmail account saves time and allows me to quickly rename documents, save them to Drive, apply dates/signatures or add commentary.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

DocHub easily integrates into my gmail inbox and my daily work flow. I can quickly open attachments and convert them to PDF, apply signatures, dates, highlights, comments and more.

#### Cons

The ability to add pages to an existing document needs some work. At present, only one document can be uploaded and added at a time. If I want to combine 2-3 PDFs, they must each be uploaded separately which is time consuming. I'd also like to see the ability to edit existing text.

#### Reasons for choosing DocHub

Price was a major influence. At first, I only needed to apply a few signatures but quickly realized DocHub was capable of more. I still have an old license of Adobe Acrobat (not a monthly plan) installed on my computer for more comprehensive document editing but for 95% of my files, DocHub does the trick and is much faster than uploading/downloading files.

### Most recommended e-document provider by me

- Overall rating: 4/5
- Reviewer: Allen L.
- Verified reviewer: Yes
- Industry: Financial Services
- Company size: 2-10 employees

Since implementation, Dochub has consistently met our needs, functioning flawlessly and optimizing our procedures. Its efficiency has transformed our processes, allowing us to work smarter and faster.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Dochub excels in usability, mirroring the ease of DocuSign but with enhanced intuitiveness. However, its true value lies in its cost-effectiveness, delivering a comprehensive electronic document solution at a mere 10% of the cost. Furthermore, Dochub's support shines with rapid issue resolution, courtesy of attentive technicians and a responsive service team - a refreshing change from the automated responses typical of industry giants.

#### Cons

One major challenge I face is the lack of brand recognition for innovative solutions like Dochub. Working in an industry dominated by older, senior executives who are not tech-savvy, I've seen firsthand their initial resistance to adopting electronic documents. It took the COVID-19 pandemic, which made traditional methods untenable, for them to reluctantly accept digital solutions. However, their familiarity with technology is limited, leading them to default to well-established brand names. This approach often results in overspending on less innovative options, overlooking more cutting-edge alternatives. In essence, the reliance on recognizable brands stifles exploration of superior solutions, hindering progress and efficiency.

#### Reasons for choosing DocHub

Best overall fit for our needs and by far the best value.

It was super easy to get started with, intuitive, and simple to use. It has a ribust set of features and it's very easy to customize to our neds without any training or tutorials (Which htye have, but it's just that easy). The price is exceptional as well for us, since we don many documents, not just a few large dollar contracts.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

It is a very reasonably priced product, works great and has a lot o90f features. It is truly the perfect solution for us with the numnber of smaller contracts we send to clients.

#### Cons

Honestly, there are really nothing I don't like about this product. Even when there is an occasional glitch, it is fixed fast and the support tea, is extremely responsive in taking care oif even the tinest of issues, which are rare. like ionce in 4 years?

#### Reasons for choosing DocHub

Docusign is insanely expensive if you are doing a lot of small dollar contracts. It'[s simply not owrth it. DocHub is a (very reasonable) flat price for unlimited documents on our plan and simply makes more sense

#### Cons

The occasional outages are inconvenient.

#### Reasons for choosing DocHub

DocHub is great for whiting out sections of forms that have been stamped, or have whole sections that should be amended. It's not great for adding in text/lines for an already existing document that you're not the creator of. I do have another pdf editor, but DocHub is the easiest to use, and gets MOST jobs done easy!

I have been using DocHub for probably 4 years now for work. I use it to write and execute lease contracts. I find it easy to use and have had no reason to consider any other options.
